These people are the real deal. My car wouldn't start this past Tuesday, so we had it towed to the shop. By Friday night, it was repaired safely and quickly. I'm in awe of the work done and the friendliness of Keith. I highly recommend this place.

William used to come to this place back when he was a spell locked American Dreamer part of that contract is being a federal recorder along with circumcision at Birth. The dreamville was broken on August 29th, 2020, before the dream spell was broken, and he was still spell locked and oblivious to spirituality along with the second birth that spell prevented William from being spiritually woken up. Spiritually they took this American Dreamer implemented him in the Episcopal Church baptized him and started feeding him the sacraments of God this took place 2018 March 31st in the Cathedral Church of St Paul under Bishop Gibbs and Dean Hunter. Keith, what have they done? William took you for a good guy. Was he wrong? American spell lockdreamer contract was an American contract under an atheist priest to the most high, not Moses!!

This is one GREAT place. I needed to have the brakes checked on my 2019 vehicle with 34K miles. Just because it was time. I dropped the vehicle off with Pam. She called me later in the day to let me know that there was no need to replace the brakes. The brakes were fine. That is customer service. Called and got a quote. Brought my car in and they were such wonderful people. Both Keith and his wife took care of me. Had my back brakes and rotors changed and added tires at the last minute and they still completed the work in 1 day. Literally dropped it off in the evening and picked it up the following evening. I had an amazing experience with this shop. Had to take my Honda in for brake work that was done poorly (elsewhere) a few months back. They were quick, they didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of my very limited knowledge of cars. Pam is the best, I believe her husband did the work. I will be a forever customer! All the reviews are exactly right: GO HERE!! ?TLDR:✅helpful staff✅honest mechanics✅great pricing✅ incredibly helpful in a pinchLong story (kind of) short: driving up from Virginia on a family vacation (imagine the Griswold mobile loaded down with a roof rack, two dogs, three young kids, and all the things), we heard grinding. BAAAD grinding. We knew right away it was pads; we were hopeful it wasn't warping the rotors or more.A quick Google search showed Brakes & More was the place to go. Read the reviews and made a plan to go first thing Monday morning (because obviously, this all happened on a Sunday).Showed up a few minutes before opening. Pam let me in, listened, and when she heard our predicament, she graciously to work us into the schedule. They open at 8am, and it was already in the lift with wheels off by 8:10am!Great walk-through with Keith in the bay (our mechanic back home doesn't even do this), who explained what we should do and what we could wait on. (So appreciate the honesty of what needs immediate attention and what can wait... for a while, at least.)Great quote! Reviews were dead on with fair pricing.Work was done quickly, and the van is safe and ready to continue on!! ?Bottom line: we all need honest mechanics who do good work for a fair price. It's even better when the shop can squeeze you in quickly in a pinch. After frustrating experiences at dealer service departments, we found Brakes & More. The professionalism, service, expertise and punctuality of this shop is exceptional. Pam and Keith are personable and responsive, and a pleasure to work with. We had our front and back brake pads/rotors replaced. The price was very fair, and the warranty on the work done is unbeatable. It's not easy finding an auto repair shop that one can trust without question. I haven't even had my daughters appointment yet too do her brakes (Now Mon am !I randomly emailed their contact email which I didn't realize he was the owner.On his weekend off of the business...He emailed us back faster than us getting to my daughters house from Walmart!!!

This place came very highly recommended so I figured I would give them a try, even though they were pretty far from me. I'm so glad that I did! I can't even possibly give a review that will do this place proper justice. I called to see when I could bring my car in. The woman who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. I was able to get right in! I came in with a "check engine" light on. My car was acting fine but the light would not turn off, which means I can't use my automatic start. It's cold out! I came in on Thursday and they took a look at it. They found a quick fix, but the light was still coming on. They needed to do more digging so they wanted me to come back. They didn't charge me for that, which was crazy because they did fix a problem and they spent quite some time on it. I came back today and was expecting an expensive fix, because I knew they had to do a lot of work to find the issue. I dropped it off and within 3 hours they were calling me because it was ready. They found a loose bolt, tightened it up, and drove it around. The light did not come back on. They could have told me that it was something super expensive to fix. But they were absolutely honest! They spent a total of 6 hours working on my car between the two days and only charged me $40!! I know most garages would have taken advantage of me, but they didn't. It was an honest mom and pop shop and I will absolutely bring all my vehicles here in the future.

These are amazing people. I'm a physician and I take my reviews very serious and I can vouch that those people are genuinely there for to help anyone with their vehicle problems. They take as serious of a problem as if it was their own. They are experts at repair. I had to bear with a terrible experience with my vehicle while completing my physician training and had it not been for this mechanic place, I would have been doomed. A huge thumbs up to Keith and Pam for running this place as Champs and taking care of their customers while charging truly as much was the real cost and not a penny more. I have my heart and soul with them. Please keep up the great work ! Cheers ~ Waqas
