Maureen is amazing always helpful and patient. Her husband, I cannot recall his name, but I thought it was Stan, is a whiz at computers and has helped me countless times with anything from refurbishing a laptop to helping me unlock my laptop when my son locked me out. They are fast, cost-effective, and overall wonderful to work with. And they havecandy and free prizes for the kids when you bring them in! Very, very wonderful business!

A mom and pop computer services shop that still exist. Brought in my Lenovo year 2013 desktop for E.R. repair (blue screen). It was really sick! Maureen took care of us with immaculate concern and kept me abreast of what was happening. Ray, the technician was there for me as well, spitting out hope. A few days later PC came out looking like new! I felt like I had left the finest, serviceable hospital... The service was indescribable! THANK YOU MAUREEN AND RAY!

Everybody needs a computer guy that they trust-- and this is the place!Ray and Maureen are dedicated, experienced, conscientious and fair.I stumbled upon this place a year ago when my parents referred me somewhere else in the vicinity -- and I went here by accident, and it turned out to be a godsend for all of us!Ray (the computer wizard of Oz behind the curtain) has been into computers since he was 9 years old. This little shop has been in Royal Oak for 25 years.Maureen handles the customer service with joy and energy and attention to detail. (she adores her family too, which you'll notice immediately upon entering! )I've taken my personal laptop here for a new battery... to make sure that everything was backing up to the external hard drive... and to see why the fan was always whirring noisily....Maureen keeps me updated on timing and status if it takes more than a couple days -- they're busy, which is a great sign!My laptop Is always returned to me running better than ever with all the reassurance that I need to hear and at a delightfully reasonable price. Maureen and Ray go the extra mile to do the little maintenance things that help your computer live a long and healthy life, like cleaning out the dust, etc..So thankful for them! Highly recommend !

I am a DIY person and I was trying to put in a SSD but there a stripped screw in my computer, so I took it in and they took out the stripped screw and gave me additional screws so I could replace the screw that was stripped. They were very nice and knowledgeable.

Dropped my laptop off Friday and got it back on Monday. Everything was fixed and I didn't lose any data. Also gave me free air heads. Awesome
