Just got off the phone with Anthony Dorta and he was able to save me a lot of back and forth driving and gathering documents by handling everything via email.Really appreciate the help and quick response Anthony!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This institution has been nothing but terrible. They have terrible customer service and are very rude. Even with court documents we still couldn't get done what needed to happen. So glad to be done with this place and will absolutely go to a different bank.

I had a large sum of cash that I needed to exchange for larger bills, they took a simple procedure and made such a big deal out of it. I am really questioning rather this bank is for me. Feeling disappointed!!!
