every single person that works here is a gem of a human being. i moved across the country and i refuse to go anywhere else to get my hair done. natasha is worth the 2 hour flight. “when you’re here, you’re family.” is a slogan that olive garden stole from the very feeling you get walking into craft.

I’ve been seeing Kayla for years. Not only is she an immensely talented hairstylist who never fails to make my hair dreams a reality, but she’s an awesome person as well. My visits with Kayla are always a great time. Couldn’t recommend her more!!!

Kayla has been the only person to touch my hair since meeting her in 2021. I cannot recommend her more! I even moved out of state and made sure to book an appointment when visiting Hazel Park this summer because I love her balayage and color so much. Not to mention she is a literal angel to chat with while she is making your hair look gorgeous!! She has a true passion for hair and it shows through her work.

I typically see Natasha for cuts and Liz for color, both phenomenal stylists! I have peppered in time with other stylist for an occasional blow out as well.
The front desk, stylists and assistants all provide an exceptional experience. From natural to fantasy colors and any style you’re looking for, someone at this salon will be able to get you there.
Everyone is well versed in the product lines they use and sell and are very helpful in explaining how to use your new products at home to achieve the look you’re going for.

I’ve been seeing Kayla Ivey for a couple years now and I love her!! I always recommend her to people when they either compliment my hair or say they have no idea where to go. Their salon is super welcoming. The front desk staff is always so pleasant and makes the check out and scheduling process super easy! There’s a handful of other stylists there so booking is never an issue and each stylist has different things they specialize in! I highly recommend Craft for anyone!

Kayla Ivey does my hair and she is amazing. I get color done ever couple months and it's the best experience I have ever had in a chair. We have a great time talking and she is phenomenal at her job !! Love this place all the people are amazing and very nice. Schedule anything with Kayla and you will be head over heels for how your hair turns out. 10/10 5 STARS .

Kayla Ivey always does an incredible job on my hair. My hair is not easy to cut, it’s thick and I have a ton of it. It takes skill and patience to take on my head of hair and Kayla is always the best. Not only does she do amazing hair, she’s so fun to sit and chat with. I’ll always recommend Kayla and Craft Salon. Everyone there is amazing, including the people that work at the desk!

Kayla Ivey was my stylist and did a full consult with me before doing anything to my hair. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and Kayla. I felt like I was hanging out with a longtime friend instead of meeting a new stylist. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I asked for. She had to chop off 5” or so of my hair to remove the damage from a previously cut/color, which had left me hesitant and nervous to try someone new. I’m so glad I found Kayla! She made me feel confident again after months of tying to hold on to what was left of my long hair. I loved the fresh cut and she gave me some light layers to give the illusion of texture and thickness while I grow out my hair again. I trust anyone at Craft to do excellent work, but Kayla is my girl!

My stylist Sarie was amazing! She was personal and so easy to talk to. She understood my hair (curly!) and made recommendations but absolutely listened to what I wanted for a haircut. I had also canceled a previously scheduled appointment and was refunded my original deposit before coming back in for my haircut. I will be back for sure. Thank you Craft Salon!

Kayla is a talented hairstylist that saw my vision and executed it perfectly. She makes sure her clients are happy with their hair long after they step out of the salon; she was happy to answer some questions I had about my new hair even weeks after my appointment! I’ve tried out a few salons since moving to the area 6 years ago, and finally feel like I’ve found a stylist I can trust to make me feel like me!

I recently started seeing Kayla because a friend recommended her & she exceeded my expectations!! She is extremely talented & is very passionate about her work. She is professional while also being personable allowing her personality to shine through! She provides great & honest feedback for hair expectations with an amazing outcome, I always leave feeling confident with a huge smile!
