I have had nothing but positive experiences with their pharmacy. Everyone is so kind and helpful and always return calls as promised.

Always check the price on an item. Would have been overcharged $25 for an electric toothbrush. Also never received a recent so I don’t know if my$15 cash back was in it.

Can't get a hold of anyone. Tried numerous times. Stupid phone machine makes it impossible to talk to a human being.

Please tell me how CVS is still in business but Rite Aide is not. Seriously worst store ever, there is no one to answer any questions, there’s always a wait, the store looks so outdated with a layout that makes zero sense. They are out of stock out of everything. I am no longer using them as my pharmacy due to the inconvenience and inadequate staff. Happy to watch this place go out of business

Pharmacist was rude. Stated that prescription was not filled. Left pharmacy received text that prescription was filled 2 seconds later. Returned to pharmacy and asked why did you not have me wait? Pharmacist laughed in my face and said you can come back. Would not recommend this pharmacy

for the past few weeks, it is impossible to speak to a pharmacist or one of the people who work at the pharmacy by phone. This is about business and as a result, I’m going to start using another pharmacy for all of my medications. I have been with CVS for four years now, and sadly, they are too busy to speak to the client on the phone. Their voice system states that they will call you back, but they never do.

Came here tonight for a quick visit for a portable charger and they were closed at 10:50pm when their hours said that they closed at 11pm. Another customer and I were standing outside. I used to work here and it was rediculous that they closed 10 minute early. I know that I would have gotten in trouble for doing that when I worked there.

Received a call from Arpita - she was cold and callous.
On Sunday evening she informed me no she wouldn’t fill my controlled substances. She “wanted to warn me,” since my next Rx was due IN TWO DAYS!!!! How kind.
And I get it - she’s sketched out and her license is on the line. But she didn’t ask is WHY - why did he send in three (mild) stimulants? Could it be that we plan is to quit the two and start the one? Don't ask Arpita cuz she certainly doesn't know.
The stress of “finding a new doctor” and “finding a new pharmacy” in TWO days made me fall apart (Google won't let me post a clip of my panic attack, which I had to record for my shrink).
Here's what I WOULD have told Arpita, if she cared enough to ask. But she jumped off the phone after THREE , yes THREE, minutes.
1. I am only in Detroit a few years to help my dad.LA IS HOME, I have a built strong connections over the 15 years I was there. I love my shrink - a new one is not an option. I can’t quit therapy with him; we are doing good work
4. How should I come up with the extra funds to pay for TWO doctors. Wanna subsidize, CVS?
5. I’m frequently in distress, and I am sober. We have to use several meds to circumvent stuff like Xanax, and I have to take 3 psych meds just for mild relief. I have to take stimulants or else I physically cannot function - I'm talking weeks and months of what I call "the bed rot." I'm narcoleptic (yay trauma) as well. Shouldn't t pharmacists be educated on how to interact with a-typical patrons? Give some Professional Development courses, CVS.
I do understand/respect compliance with all policies. BUT THIS IS NOT A REAL POLICY. In reality, we patrons must trust our infallible pharmacists to always make the right choice. How realistic! Oh wait, no one is rational and lucid every day.
I'm pretty devastated that she lied lied and lied. And I feel stupid that I actually thought she was a good pharmacist and kind. Turns out my judgement is fallible, and I still don't know when I can or can't trust someone.
Thanks, Arpita, for my 30 minute panic attack. Maybe you'd quit discriminat1ng if you weren't neurotypical and ignorant.
