“A friend recommended Emcura and I’m SO glad I went. Caring, friendly, and very prompt! It’s great to know there is such good care available seven days a week.”
“I visited today to address some insurance matters for my daughter. I appreciated the professionalism and understanding demonstrated by the Medical Administrator regarding my situation.”

“Corina was kind on the phone and answered my questions when I scheduled, she was the one who acknowledged someone walking in the office and got them taken care of too. I didn't notice the other two receptionists with name signs by their stations making as much of an effort or when leaving, their heads were in their computers without eye contact, but maybe they had other things going on. I called around trying to get into an GYN and they were weeks out. This office gets you in next day as listed on the website. (Which has always been great when you don't feel well and need to see a doc). I was told by the MA at the end of the visit, the office is not linked to a portal yet, as I assumed when talking to the doctor/looking at the website they were. The doctor Corina set me up with when I asked about a doc good with perimenopause looked like a very young guy on the website, I was hesitant and almost cancelled, no reviews, also because I thought I was feeling better. The doc was professional and listened, and looked in person more mature than that photo (in a good way), and breaks it down on your level. Surprised the follow-up physical was recommended for 1-3 months later. But it has been years since I have been or had a PCP, since Remur retired, and the office years ago lost my original chart. The phones didn't start til 9A, so I had to set an alarm to wake up and call again because you cannot leave a message, the MA said 8:30, but not what the recording mentioned, or allows. The treatment office was a bit cold, so bring another layer/hoodie. Several of the leather lobby chairs were cracked on the seat, but didn't notice any discomfort. There were screens to find out more information on medical topics while you wait in the rooms, but this one was placed over the trash can. I didn't have much time to look, before the doctor was ready, the short wait was nice. The rooms were clean, and the MA that came in at the end of the session was kind, I don't usually like being called baby, but she put me at ease and gave me more information. I particularly liked the Doc and the MA read my facial expressions, and put me more at ease, and made sure I understood and took the time, I appreciated their attentiveness. That was an extra step. Dr. Kranz needs his name on the window of the office and not just a tiny plaque on the inner office wall (they did this when Remur and Rachel joined and does not show respect to the staff, or identify to the patients coming in that is their clinic suite - please correct whomever is responsible, and not via sharpie!). The D.O. caught something that Urgent Care did not, even though I was sure it wasn't that, and prescribed a medication that has been around decades, I was happy it wasn't a newly developed medication. When he called about test results he already called in the script, and it was not pricey with insurance, it dropped from $36 to $5. Was mentioned they may be moving the office in the Fall (still not an excuse to avoid adding staffs name on the window). The best was they were able to get me started and out before I had to be to work, and even earlier than I needed. They worked well with communication. He also knew some of the pitfalls of insurances, and knowledgeable to help work with coverage. Appreciated not having to do the mood quiz at that visit, and hope the intention of it wasn't a medication grab. The new questions that were added to the initial paperwork seem like social worker type questions (leave 20 mins to fill it out, there was a lot) but their website has a book of 64 pages with some resources for some if they need it, and anybody can access the links for others, but mostly local. I was not told about the cancel policy until seeing it in the rooms. They were busy, but still answered the phones during business hours and the system tells you how many callers are ahead of you. 0 does not get the operator, just hit 1. And did not have to wait long to speak with the doctor. ?”
