I went into Kinkos for a last minute printing project and had the best customer service I've ever had. I was concerned because it was close to closing time and the Google rating. But Malika made all the difference - she was super professional and helpful. Thank you for your help!

Parking is the only issue I have experienced at this location. Staff is friendly and helpful and I have never had any issues with packages going out or being held for me.

Malika helped me quickly print, scan and return a file with professional and positive support.
I don't use the services often so it's learning all over each time but this time was a breeze. Additionally it's much more cost effective than buying the tools for home.

Customer service here is abysmal. I don’t even know how this can exist. Lady working (Mariana maybe?) was basically telling someone to read the printer instructions and offered 0 help. Didnt care to do anything at all to help him, then at the end realized there was an issue with the printer, poor dude. Then just getting a quote to ship took so long, rude tone, and I felt like she didn’t care at all about what we needed to do. Slow, inefficient, and I’m glad I don’t live here and have to go here regularly

Employee was rude and not helpful. Told me she couldn't help me until she finished everyone else in line (behind me) and took her lunch. I was in for a single color print 8.5x14

If you are looking for incompetence, you came to the right place.
Let me give you some tips for your visit to this branch:
1.-Bring a piece of paper with your name written down, that way you won't have to say and spell your name 6 times. Just kidding, you will have to regardless.
2.-Free parking for 15 minutes! Sounds great doesn't it? Well, guess what? Your visit will take much longer, incompetence rules this place, therefore a 5 minute task will turn into a 20 minute ordeal.
3.-Triple check your data before accepting the shipment. Staff is notoriously bad at making sure your shipments go to the right location. They will even make excuses and tell you that the zip code you provided belongs to a different city and refuse to do the work again.
In all honesty, if you value your business avoid this branch. It is a shame the corporate office hasn't bothered to either train the existing staff, or hire competent employees.
Way to go FedEx!

Terrible service. Outrageous prices ($90 for 125 B&W copies on color paper). Royal Oak automated parking system. I won't be back.

Fedex just stole $255 from me because of their incompetence.
I went to my local Fedex shipment center on Friday June 7th 2024. I went to go ship some golf clubs to my dad upstate about 4 hours away. My dad told me he wanted them shipped in one day because he needed them on Satuday asap ( he was at a golf outing and was leaving this place to come home on sunday). I told the man working at Fedex that I needed these three golf clubs shipped asap and he told me the soonest he could do was the next day, Saturday June 8th, 2024 at 2pm. I said this was fine and went ahead with the payment of $255 to have them shipped with Fedex Express/Fedex First overnight.
The next day my dad asks me where his clubs are and I tell him that they should arrive soon because of what the Fedex clerk told me and what the receipt said. I come to find out that the clubs are arriving on June 10th?! I read the fine print of the receipt and it said that it was arriving on June 10th. I go BACK into the store to ask the clerk that helped me the day before and he tells me there's nothing he can do about it because it has already left the store and in transit. How didn't he know that express one day shipping was not going to work? I'll never know. This man was nice but he completely f-ed me over here because of his mistake. I get on the phone with the Fedex Customer service and they tell me that I cannot file a claim because it is there policy that they adhere to which states that anything shipped with the overnight express on fridays will be delivered on the following monday. the clerk at the fedex shipping shop's incompetence ruined this for me and my dad never even got his clubs on time. The customer service representative told me there's nothing I can do and that I just have to take the L on this one. I can't even file a claim because its not in transit anymore and has been delivered. The customer service representative then told me that I have to contact the location that I sent to golf clubs to that they have to send them back to me which is going to cost me again.
I hope someone at corporate sees this and gives me a voucher. This is unacceptable and now I'm out $255 plus what I have to spend to get the golf clubs back home...

Isaiah is the GOAT. Meaning, he was so easy to work with. He made sure everyone was taken care of, and was attentive and super efficient. He’ll be the owner someday
