I love banking with Genisys! Miral Patel did our auto loan recently and everything went so smoothly. She was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She took time to answer all our questions and got the loan together quickly. We got a great rate too!

My credit union merged with zeal and I had such a horrible experience transferring my accounts with no help from the staff so I decided to look for a credit union with good customer service. Genisys CU did not disappoint. I was able to speak with an actual person when I had questions. Reps have been knowledgeable and courteous

I came into the office to get a letter of good standing which is a basic request. Sadly, Genisys is not able to process a lot of basic requests, maybe the limitations of a credit unit. The initial teller was very friendly. When I negotiated some type of a letter that my account was in good standing. I waiting over 15 minutes after the manager (Alerhea Jeanes) went into her office and proceeded to talk with her coworker about clothes and life in general not working on the letter, not even the audacity to close the door to act like they were having a business relevant conversation. When I watched as she finally typed the letter, I should have been waiting no more than 2 minutes. Usually the tellers and general staff are very customer service oriented, this was not a good experience.

Shakhari Jones! I could stop there but she is such a gem and an amazing asset to Genisys CU that I MUST say more. The patience, dedication and time spent on assisting me on my journey to financial maturity has been nothing short of amazing. There wasn’t a call or email that went unanswered. When I applied for a loan she was there every step of the way making sure that I understood the process. When one dealership fell through and I started to lose hope, it was Shakhari that lifted me up, lifted my spirits! It is important that we build community wherever life carries us. As long as Shakhari is within the financial community.. YOU, me, US.. we will be fine!

I went into the Genisys Credit Union the other day because there is a problem with an auto transfer I have set up. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Karen did everything that she could to find out what the issue was. Once she found out, she was great at explaining to me what my options were.
