“Let me start off by saying, we didn't buy a single thing from the store. HOWEVER, our experience while shopping was absolutely perfect from start to finish. After a long day of shopping at box stores with pushy sales-people, we were greeted by Julie, who gave us a quick lay of the land, served us a sparkling water and sent us on our way to browse solo (much appreciated). Buying furniture is such a big decision/expense for most and while much of what was in the store (drool-worthy, hand-crafted pieces) was unattainable for our budget, we were treated like anybody else. At the end of our shopping, Julie gave my partner and I a much needed pep-talk on purchasing & furnishing our first home, reminding us to take it slow and be deliberate, to save our money for those pieces we can't live without but not to rush. It was such a breath of fresh air and honestly we both nearly teared up at the relief we felt. “Our whole mattress shopping experience was wonderful due to the fact that our sales lady Robin was patient and took the time to inform us about each mattress and quality so we could make the best choice for our sleeping styles. The day of our delivery was perfect. The two men were kind and very helpful. Called ahead and arrived in a timely manner. Took away the old mattress and helped me set up the mattress skirt for a king size. Highly recommend this team. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional.
