We loved working with Jim Shaffer and Associates. Darrin Roberts was our agent and he was AMAZING!! He helped us through the process of buying our first house and was extremely patient with all of our questions. Curt Traynor best agent in Hazel Park! I found Curt completely at random while looking for my first home. Immediately he was a huge help even before becoming my personal real estate agent. My budget was about as low as a home budget could be nowadays. He’d come back from helping clients in areas where houses were 10x what I was looking for but he always gave me his complete focus, time and courtesy. He talked me down when I wanted to like a house that wasn’t a good fit, and he also made sure to let me know when something was a solid candidate. I never felt rushed or pressured. Great guy, great agent and when the time comes for a new house he will be the first call I make.

Omg Moe is the BEST! He was very very helpful & very very flexible. He helped me and my sister find the perfect home for us in so little time. He is absolutely great & really sweet!! He has to be the best realtor in the area. Definitely would work with him again in the future ! 10/10 recommend!

Jonathan Holloway is the best realtor in the Detroit area. Got recommended to him after a bad experience with a previous realtor. He got me into every showing I requested immediately and I felt like my home search was his priority the entire time. As a first time home buyer he was able to answer every question and make the process easy. If you need a realtor this is your guy!

We recently sold a home in Ferndale and I highly recommend Jim Shaffer and Associates specifically Greg Clark. He was honest, straightforward, and quick to respond. He was very easy to work with especially when we had to deal with a few hiccups. Things that would generally be very stressful to the seller he handled so calmly and was a complete pro. I think Greg is the best agent in Ferndale!

Greg Clark is the best agent in Oak Park, he REALLY knows his stuff. He’s the best MF agent and knows the Oak Park market!!! I was very pleased with the work that he did with my Oak Park properties. As you should know Oak Park is a very competitive market It’s hard to get good quality sales. That’s what Greg Clark did for me in the Oak Park market. So in conclusion, let’s use a baseball term. Seeing how the World Series is happening right now. Greg Clark hit a grand slam home run for me in Oak Park.
