Kroger Marketplace is a great store to shop at with a wonderful selection of products. It is clean and organized, cleaner than most, and the staff is wonderful and polite. However, there are significant issues in specific areas. The customer service department has horrible service, frequently being closed during its posted hours, which is extremely frustrating. For online order pick-up, experiences are split; one customer finds the team absolutely amazing with wonderful service, while another advises to avoid it due to receiving moldy items on multiple occasions. Additionally, expired goods are sometimes found on the shelves well past their dates.
Stopped in to pay my bill and waited at customer service desk a good 20 minutes before I was assisted. I literally had to wave an employee down after standing there 15 minutes and waited an additional extended period.customer service is very poor and slow

Wesley was a great cashier! Someone cut in front of me while I was standing in line for the self checkout and he tried to calm the crazy lady down, and rang me up himself because he felt bad that she cut in front of me. He seems like a great person and he would make an awesome manager.
