If you’re at your job that pays you to be doing your job and you’re on the phone speaking to that person while checking me out it irritates me to no end. It’s a gas station, being on the phone is fine, who cares. But when you are actively having your conversation during my checkout it’s annoying. I liked going here because most of the employees were fun but those people have been gone lately so I’ll be looking elsewhere for my needs.

Went to ring out a near expired milk for 4.30 and the guy charged me $8.50 as I was swiping the card. Said he couldnt refund and I needed to come back in the morning to speak to a manager. Teach your staff how to work a basic refund
Update: I went in to get my refund and was denied. The female working said” yea I saw your review this morning” then proceeded to try and TAKE my receipt (my property) from me and give me some run around about how she needs to verify the cost with hr and would then issue a refund. Price was clearly listed and its not what it rang out to be.. I left the product. Your pricing error or hr is not my concern. Im legally entitled to my refund. Its clear she just wanted to retaliate by not issuing the refund and make everyone’s life difficult including her own. What a gross experience. I hope the owner sees this and makes some changes.

I've been shopping here for a long time I never really looked at the prices since they went under new ownership but it's really high it's a lot cheaper across the street at the liquor store. And their best worker Don he just got fired and he works at the liquor store across the street now. I'll probably take my business over there. Everybody who I liked that worked at the gas station is gone now and their prices are super high

This gas station has GREAT scratch off tickets. My wife lost all the scratchers that SHE bought, but I bought all of the same tickets she did and one of mine hit for $100. Dude she was so mad!
Bonus, they have a big selection of instant ramen noodles.

Went in 5 min before close and they wouldn’t sell us liquor saying it was 2am. It was 1:55am. Dude won’t be making employee of the month anytime soon. Let me enjoy my summer

This place sucks. One time I went there 10 minutes before the sign on the door says that they close and the person at the counter said that they were closed. Another time, I walked in and they told me that they were closed. The Open sign was on and the door was unlocked. Hint to the owner - hire smarter people, it may require a higher wage, but the people that you have working there are plainly stupid. If you are closed, turn off the Open sign and lock the door. It's pretty simple. It's really interesting when a business doesn't want my money. I have a lot of choices and this place will not get another dollar from me.

Applied for a job on indeed for what I thought was for a location in Novi. Owner messaged me to come and interview at this location. Thinking that this is where they just hold interviews or the main location, I drove over an hour only to be told by the very rude hiring manager that they had already found someone and that no such location in Novi existed. I brought up other ads by the owner and the hiring manager said that the location where they are set at don't exist either. Wasted 1/4 tank of gas for nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible. Do not apply to any ad that says Plymouth Mobile Inc.
