Car in bump shop. I was told it would be 3-4 days. Actually took a week. Also car was ready and washed on Monday. I told them I would pick up on Tuesday morning at 8 AM. Car was outside in lot and was dirty from the night dust. They should had car washed that morning. I called that morning and told them I was on my way. The car was still in the side lot. No one brought my car out to the bump shop area for pick up.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I honestly hate doing it. My wife and I went to buy out our lease and we had miscommunication and horrible customer service from the start. I called ahead multiple times before my appointment to confirm the dealership works with credit unions and would give us the best rate (we both have really good credit). We were presented with a pretty high interest rate from a bigger company but was promised credit unions were checked although none showed up on my credit report. The part that is on me is not knowing that a dealership can present you with whatever rate they want (lesson for anyone else. ). I was told the appointment would take 1.5 hours but ended up taking close to 4. Multiple times our sales person came up to us asking about if a payment looked good to us and had us sign documents before we could move forward without ever showing us a rate. The business manager had numbers and rates wrong that I caught multiple times during the appointment too. Turns out I also had to go back and sign another document which was not told me to until I got a phone call saying I had to come back in. I really wanted to enjoy this experience of buying out our car but now I'm working with a credit union to refinance ASAP and trying to remove having to ever go back to this dealership.

Friendly sales staff. Easy to deal with everyone through the process. Paperwork was done quickly. Explained all of the steps clearly and upfront. Very pleasant interactions with all staff.

Nicole Dawson is the best salesperson I have ever had, and I have bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime. She was respectful of my time, and very knowledgeable of the product. Nikki actually made buying a new car fun - something I usually consider just a necessary chore. She followed up on everything timely and accurately. I would love to send everyone I know her way when they are shopping for a new car. John in Finance was also a pleasure to work with.

Service was quick and convenient. The service advisor explained what needed to be done.The only thing I would suggest is that someone verifies the location of where the shuttle driver is picking me up at.They sent the shuttle to my house but never asked if I was home at the time

The staff was exceptional! Every person that we interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Josh was excellent at getting us information and getting our questions answered. He made sure everything was taken care of, to make our out of state purchase as smooth as possible. Djon was amazing. He was a wealth of information and made sure all of our questions were answered. I can’t recommend these two enough. They were both fantastic.

My vehicle has been there for a week. The manager in the service department is lazy! He wants to blame everything on the strike. However, when I asked him to get the part from an auto parts store, said we can't do that it will void the warranty. I call the warranty company and they said yes you can get the part from a auto store and it will be covered. I called and told the manager and he said well I didn't know what insurance you have. Then said what apart are we waiting for!!!! Really isn't this your job to know this! Now waiting for the general manager to call. Let's see how long this takes.

The service department exceeded my expectations in repairing my car. I was immensely grateful for their provision of a loaner vehicle while my car was being fixed. Every individual I interacted with treated me with respect and showed great consideration.

Eliana Jimenez was amazing. I walked in knowing what I wanted and she helped to locate the car I wanted. She listened to my needs and wants and found me the perfect car. She was professional, extemely timely with her responses, she kept me informed throughout the process and she was always friendly. I felt comfortable through every step of the process and buying my new car was an enjoyable experience.

If you want your car to be a lemon, go to this dealership for service. Have had to come back to this dealership 4 times for the same thing within 4 months and my car issue is still messed up. They've left clips unclipped, left a bungy cord hooked up to the middle of my engine, and they are always 2 weeks wrong estimating when your car will get done. Other dealerships wont do new warranty work on my car because this dealership is so untrusted around the area. It's a shame someplace like this gets to represent General Motors.

WORST DEALERSHIP!! First, they got me in there under false pretenses. They sent me an email saying they had the car I wanted available, and 3 others, so I drove 2 hours there to find out they had none of those or even anything similar. Then they convince me to buy a suv that I can't even afford without telling me the price. They tell me they'll get me a "small" loan. No problem. It is a problem when I barely work and they lied to get me the loan, and I can't actually afford the car. I had my kids there for 6 hours so I wasn't thinking clearly. I just wanted to get out of there. They took advantage of the situation to make a sale. I emailed the next day with buyer's remorse. A manager called me back the next day, was rude, basically told me there was nothing they could do, besides that I could trade in the car and get something else. That's a total joke. I told him what happened. The loan guy didn't even go over the price with me. My mom asked him the price 3 times, he ignored her and went through with the loan anyway. He told me he was going to lie about my income to get me accepted on the loan. The manager said he was going to go watch the video tapes and call me back, and I haven't heard back from them. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I would never recommend this dealership. They're crooks.

Eliana was AMAZING! She made the process of getting my new truck easy and fast! I couldn’t be more appreciative of her understanding what I wanted and what I wanted to stay with in with my Monthly payment and not at all making me feel pressured to pay more. She got me pretty much all I wanted and for 10$ less a month then I was paying for my last lease! She is one of the best sales rep I have dealt with in years she deserves all the praise!

I had a Engine check light light. I called my selling dealer and they wanted to tie up my vehicle over night two times, once to find the cause, and again to replace the part. I called another dealer and got the same results. I took it to Hargraves and they read the code within 20 minutes, and said they would have the parts in about 2 hours, and that I could wait or come back at a later date. I chose to come back. I got excellent service on my return, and I will be going back there for all services from now on.

Emily was very knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. She made me feel at home and like I was with family.The other employees we worked with were just as nice and polite, caring, and compassionate. Most importantly positive minded, and happy :)Definitely a great atmosphere and environment to be in from a customer point of view.
