“I went around 1pm, thinking I’d be waiting for at least an hour to be called back, because that’s always been my experience everywhere else. But not here. I only had to wait maybe 5 minutes. The lady who drew my blood was very kind and patient. I have stubborn veins that like to hide. She knew all the tricks and was patient, and got me on her first try. I’m used to getting poked several times before they get it. No one enjoys getting blood drawn, but for what it was, it was a great experience.”

“I went to the urgent care due to a UTI. Everyone was very nice and professional and I was in and out within 20 minutes.. I would recommend this urgent care to everyone. There are many things that can be taken care of at this urgent care and avoid the emergency department. 5 stars isn’t enough stars if I could I’d give 10 stars.”
“I am 75 and a hard stick. I told the lady when I went in and she relayed this to the phlebotomists. Kat did my blood draw and took her time checking both arms. Got it on first try without digging around. I am so pleased and grateful. Usually I get so apprehensive. Now I can relax. I will now always go to this lab.”
“Right now I came up here on vacation, got sick went to Henry Ford and I am still going!!!! The doctors are trying to find out what is going on with me ...the lab people make me I feel feel like family. I went to go get my ears checked ... my eyes checked ...annnnnnd I go to pain management. It seem like I'm up there all the time. Stop into Papa Joe's and grab you some fruit or some of that lemon soup. Manager special is buy 1 get 1 free. Sushi is good too.”

This facility is SUPER CLEAN, comfortable & the staff is polite,kind & well groomed. Also worthy of a mention is the equipment is always in working order [ no broken /rickety blood pressure machines as a chain of med center usually has ] Love that they are thorough & its just not a rubber stamp assembly line. If your employer, know that this place is doing quality work . As an employee, I felt comfortable, secure & that it was all handled privately.”

“I had a good experience! Wait time was about five minutes for me, my appointment time was at 8:20 AM. The phlebotomist was very warm and friendly. Even though I had a lot of tubes to fill, she was quick and kept me talking, so I didn’t feel dizzy.”

“I had a great experience yesterday for my Thermascan. The last one I had was a different company, with different equipment, and it wasn't the best experience, they couldn't get the measurement right, my shoulders sit lower than most people, so they were struggling with the equipment and I sat there a long time feeling self conscious and exposed, especially in the brightly lit room. The new location is really nice, I like they are using the ice water method, I feel it is more thorough and it doesn't matter how low your shoulders sit. The room was also dimly lit and there is a screen to sit behind, it was much more comfortable and I didn't feel so exposed. Andrea was wonderful! She was so easy to talk to and kept me from feeling nervous. She also chatted with me while my hands were in the ice, so it didn't feel like it was too long. She was so kind and made the whole experience so much better than the last place. I was really dreading my appointment, and now I'm feeling so much better about next year's appointment. Thanks Andrea for being so good at what you do. ❤️”
