Disappointed. (After being on hold 20-40 minutes whenever I call) Placed an order on Friday (12/22) and was told it'd be delivered Tuesday (12/26), called Tuesday and said it would be there Wednesday, it's still not there (12/30). I understand things pop up with distributors, but when I asked if they could place a rush or some type of urgency on our order, the pharmacist basically told me to find somewhere online to order and was not helpful at all. Will not be using this pharmacy again and certainly would not recommend it. And tip to the pharmacist - please stop promising dates that you can't guarantee.

Probably one of the worst, app is consistently incorrect on fill dates, wait time are absolutely ridiculous and most staff is uneducated just there for the hours. Will be moving my pharmacy after 30 min in line just to step out because the original customers were still being helped. Get better or find nee people.

Worst customer service experience. This was my first time using the is pharmacy to fill my prescription birth control and I really wish I had read the reviews prior to giving it a try.I sent the prescription over two weeks ago and called every other day to check on it. It’s always a long hold just to have them say that it is still on back order, they ordered it and i have to wait. They told me it would be in by Tuesday (today) which is the day I absolutely need my new supply. Called Friday, they said it would be here tuesday. Called this morning, they said call again if i hadn’t heard anything from them by 3pm. Called again at 3pm and the girl said it’s still out of stock and they have to order it again.Transferring my prescription back to the pharmacy I used to use and NEVER using this pharmacy again.

Terrible customer service. I haven’t been able to get my script refilled for 3 weeks. Every time I call I’m told it will be ready in a couple days. Now they are telling me it will be in middle of September. I would highly suggest finding a different pharmacy if you are considering this one…

Time to transfer my RX to Costco. This location is awful and unprofessional. Several times I have phoned in a refill only to arrive and find it's not ready or on back order. No one tells you or sends a text saying it's not ready. Good luck calling the number, they immediately put you on hold without so much as a greeting. Currently, I have been on hold for 20 minutes.

This pharmacy has some unprofessional patient care behaviors. Twice now, I have called to refill a prescription, and the tech states they will have it ready in a half hour. However, when I arrive, it won't be ready for 1-2 more days. After driving out of my way, it is very frustrating why they continue to say on the phone it will be ready without checking. That is an easy behavior to fix and demonstrates there is a lack of accountability to provide good care. When I mentioned this to the pharmacist tech at the store, she stated, "that's just something we say when we are busy and we don't check"?.Outside of my interactions, I've had refills disappear and my provider is confused as to why it is out, but was never picked up. They also told me once the State of Michigan was out of my medication and I wouldn't be able to get it anywhere. It was ready in two hours.......so I'm not sure why they said that.Lastly, it's difficult to get services here. I needed a medication transferred to this Royal oak pharmacy and they told me to call the current pharmacy it was at. The current pharmacy then got frustrated with this Royal Oak pharmacy stating Royal Oak should have called. So they then called Royal Oak with me on the phone...Overall, the system seems outdated, and 80% of my interactions have been poor. I will say there is one person there who was very helpful and kind. The extra star is for her.

Do not patronize this Meijer Pharmacy location if you expect decent customer service, being billed correctly and knowledgeable staff. I will be transferring all my business to another pharmacy. If I could give a zero stars I would.

The managing pharmacist (Dave) thinks he’s a doctor and has caused so many issues with filling my prescriptions after the doctors verify they are correct and all possible side affects have been considered. He has had the nerve to tell surgeons that he disagrees with their orders and prescriptions.

Very poor customer service and general lack of knowledge by the staff, including the pharmacist. Constant delays and poor communication. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out of this Meijer pharmacy to another pharmacy. If you value your time and some resemblance of customer service l, avoid this pharmacy.

My insurance is horrible and Meijer always seems to have the cheapest GoodRx prices. My doctor was so difficult to work with and sent the pharmacy staff around in circles. They were so patient and kind through the whole process with me. Also big shout out to Moe. Thank you all!!

Was going to move all my scripts here but after today, dealing with Hetal the pharmacist, I have to give a terrible review. He is currently holding a script of mine because he believes he’s God or something. My doctor wouldn’t write me a script that I didn’t need, and this person who does not even know me should not be able to play around with my health.

The incompetence is truly shocking. Somehow multiple insurance ids (that I've never had) were added to my account by a tech and billed in place of my actual insurance????? Even when I and my insurance company called repeatedly to sort it out, this pharmacy was incapable of resolving the issue. Pharmacist came over to talk to me about Vyvanse despite the fact that I am not, nor have I ever been, prescribed that medication or any similar one. Long wait times to pick up. Long hold times if you call. Employees often seem annoyed that you're even there.

Went to pick up a prescription lady up front was incredibly rude when she said it's not ready, I asked how much longer and she said you just have to wait instead of giving me a reasonable time frame.
