Helpful staff, their positive intent and transparency is easy to appreciate. Got a remote start that we are so happy with we returned with the same vehicle to upgrade it’s stereo and add a backup camera.

MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager Shawn was not a stellar representative. However the new manager and his brother are the best I've seen in a long time at Mickey Shorr. I will go back as a repeat customer.

Only came in for a minor diagnosis of a bad cable but the guy was super cool a d took a quick look for me. Great customer service. I wish we still had our location in Waterford
