These people are so nice. Friendly, kind, and they’re always extremely happy to see you, which is not something you get very often! Their prices aren’t terrible either.

I did not feel valued as a customer, in my first (& last) time as a patron. When I encountered issue, the couple who run this business seemed to be playing good cop/bad cop, with the man on the phone being placating and the woman at the counter being combative and accusatory. My issue was an uneven clean on my winter coat, & I figured they were busy (beginning of December) & had simply overlooked my garment. It happens, so I shared my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund since my coat was 75% clean, not 100%. Instead of helping us find a satisfactory resolution, this is when the woman at the counter accused me of wearing it and dirtying it after it was cleaned (not the case). I ended up without a refund & when I settled to allow them to re-clean the coat, it was as close to 100% clean as could be. What bothered me most in my encounter was when the owner/worker said that “since its your first time here, We will clean it again, no charge”— If this is how they treat first time customers, I don’t want to be a returning one! I’m glad I tested this business out with my coat and not with a garment that is truly precious to me. Will not trust them with further dry cleaning, despite their convenient location.

I was getting married, and I brought my suit and white shirt to them at about 5pm the day before the wedding.They managed to dry clean and press everything and have it ready by 11am the next day! *disclaimer: it is not their company policy to have such a short turnaround time. They went above and beyond and did me a favor.The guy that rang me up was super nice and didn’t want to take the tip that I was offering.Thanks so much for your phenomenal service!

My first experience with New Magic Cleaners was to have a suit cleaned. Everything came out great at a very reasonable price. I'm not sure I understand the comments that this is a modest building. It doesn't much matter as long as prices are reasonable and quality is high. Location is convenient on Main St with parking available.

It's been in town forever. I have been here only a couple of times before. It's a small mom and pop shop too, want to support local small businesses. It's a simple place over all, an older building. I always feel like it looks closed from the outside, even though it's open. It's just not brightly lit up is all. I have experienced good service here in the past.
