I believe this is the only store in Michigan that sells Abdl gear! Really cool! Wish the stock wasn’t always bear tho! Would be cool if there was a way to know when it’s restocked!

I was there yesterday, a busy Saturday night, and the staff was super friendly, greeted me at the door. Not that I would've minded if they didn't greet me, but I thought it worth sharing since there are a handful of reviews from people who had bad experiences.That said, the original location on Main is where we'd all go to get Doc Martins and whatever else looked cool. Perfect for Thrill Kill Kult or Lords of Acid concert attire.Bummed that they didn't have many t-shirts in my size. I guess that's good though. It means they're being purchased by others

Idk if it was a micro aggression but I the thicker lady with pink hair never greeted me. I even said I to her and she looked away on purpose to act like she didn’t hear me. So I just left because I’m not about to feel profiled or discriminated against and still spend my money. Crazy enough is that I usually love that place and the others have been super welcoming (when I have a male friend with me) but when I go in alone as a black woman the vibes change. ????

We were in the store today Saturday August 12th 2023 around 5:00 p.m. Two female employees we're working. Neither one of them took the time to say hello or ask if they can help in any way. Upon leaving of course there was no thank you for visiting . The quality was not what it once was of the merchandise. Probably better to shop online. I have shopped this establishment since they opened there's no reason for me to return.

I've been to Noir on 3 different occasions. The first time during the Arts, Eats and Beats, second time while shopping downtown and just recently last Sunday. My experience the first two times were great, staff was friendly and helpful. Last Sunday is woman in the store was stand-offish and completely rude. She was more interested in her phone then assisting us. I was looking for a product and she barely looked at me while on her phone to answer me. I walked around the store and she never came to ask us if we needed assistance. She didn't even acknowledge us when we came in or when we left. The guy watching the cameras was not helpful either. I just don't understand why people get into customer service if they don't want to interact with the customers. So I went from raving about the place to telling my friends don't frequent Noir because the customer service is not the best. It really only takes one bad experience for someone to not want to return. I was looking to spend more money but the lack of assistance or acknowledgement was a major let down.

I bought my leather jacket from Noir about 35 years ago and I still wear it riding my motorcycle. I also have a pair of boots that are in decent shape too. They sell great quality leather that will last a lifetime.
