Patty And I'm sorry it took this long and I'm sorry if it is Patti. I live in Clawson and I love what she treated me like utmost respect. I was told by many people and customers to come to this credit union and I would love to get my credit one which rebuilt my credit to get a credit card with you guys. We have financed at least 5 vehicles through Our Credit Union and we are so happy with their attention to detail and professionalism each time. We get the best interest rates as well. Thank you for making auto loans so simple for us.

Have been with the Credit Union for approx 6 yrs…last month I would have given them 5 stars…however the new updated supposedly upgraded app sucks! I loved to be able to turn on & off my card whenever I wanted…I was FINALLY in control of my $$…For 2 yrs I have traveled an hr to do banking…I LUV everyone at the Troy branch…Shelley & Wendy are some of the best bank employees I have ever encountered in 50yrs…I however HATE the new app…I am NO longer in control of my $$…I now have to wait for atleast 24hrs after turning it back on to use it…which allows times for fraudulent charges (which has happen to me)my son along with a few other ppl I know are now looking to use a different bank…I was sending my elderly parents & inlaws to the credit union specifically for the original app…why do they ALWAYS say they are improving something…when they actually take away the BEST option they offered??

I desperately wanted and needed a car. My job was literally on the line..and when NO ONE ELSE WOULD finance me, and while ALL OTHERS tried to charge me DOUBLE THE INTEREST RATE!?♀️(literally double exactly...)...Our Credit Union WAS THERE 4 ME!!????? Thank you SO MUCH TO ???HEAVEN!??? I see why you have this name! Thank you 4 giving me a fresh start!??????

I have been with our credit Union for over 30 years. One of the best financial decision I ever made. A traditional bank charges you for every check you deposit. For my business, I saved over $1000 a month. Very friendly, very helpful staff. Strongly recommend.
