Met my girlfriend for Sunday brunch. This was our first and will be our last visit. After standing at the empty host stand for nearly ten minutes, we were finally sat without being given menus. While we waited ten minutes for a server to come to our table, another table behind us was complaining to a manager about their food and service. We should have left then. After we were finally greeted by our server and given menus, the server had nothing good to say about any of the menu items we inquired about. We ended up ordering the Nashville hot chicken sliders and the wild mushroom scramble. Both were just meh. Our server never asked how the food was and never cleared our table. We sat for two hours (not by choice) with our uneaten food still sitting in front of us. For a Sunday brunch, the place only had maybe five tables and one server that was also the bartender. With all the great brunch places in the metro Detroit area, don't waste your time or money on this place.

Our Waiter Ruis was very rude. He forgot about our table for an hour+. Then he was upset that we got mocktails instead of regular cocktails. He stated, “Oh I wish I had a different table this is boring.” Since we don’t drink alcohol. Unprofessional service. We wanted to get food but he wouldn’t come back to our table after the drinks. Would not recommend.

I’m just happy we made it out alive tbh because I was so worried we were going to get sick from the food. Someone in the kitchen was taken out in a stretcher as soon as we got sat and that just turned me off to eating anything coming out of there. The service was not good and the food was not either but they had a good music playlist and drinks were fine so I will give points for that. Really sad how downhill this place went because it used to be pretty good 5/6 years ago or so. If you’re just coming for drinks it’s not bad but I don’t recommend for food.

Service is terrible. I went to Pinky's on a Sunday night for a reservation for 4 at 6:30pm. My friends and I got there at 6:25pm. We got sat by the host, where the host gave us water and told us the server would be "right" with us. That was a lie. 10 minutes go by, no one stops by, another 10 minutes... nothing. 45 MINUTES LATER, NOT ONE SERVER CAME BY TO GREET US. They could not have made it more obvious that they were ignoring us. Keep in mind there were only two other tables, it was not busy AT ALL. Another thing, the servers were not in uniform probably on purpose to hide from customers. But if you're gonna walk past our table and drop off food to another table 5 times why not stop by to say hi and take our drink orders at least? This place is an embarrassment. My friends and I decided that this place did not deserve our money and decided to walk out. We ended up walking to HopCat where we got greeted by a server in less than 30 seconds after being sat. If you want to go to a place where you want to sip on water and be ignored for an hour, Pinky's is the place to go. Other than that, you're wasting your time. Go to HopCat instead. The only reason this review has one star is cause I cannot give it negative stars.

We had an 8:30 reservation and were seated around 8:45 which wasn’t too bad, but then 9:15 came and gone and no servers ever came to us, and there weren’t really even any around to get their attention. It was a bummer. Just seemed to be crazy understaffed. We left and went to Condados around the corner for margs and that was a great experience.

We arrived for our 8:30 reservation on time, as we received multiple notices to ensure all guests of the party were on time otherwise we wouldn’t be sat and our card would be charged for canceling. The restaurant made it clear they hold customers to a high level of accountability through these notices. We sat at our table until 9:30 without ever receiving the drinks or food we ordered. When asking the waiter where our drinks were at the 50 minute mark he blamed the bartender for stepping away, yet 2 tables that had been there only 10 and 15 minutes had already received their drinks and one table food as well. The waiter was not attentive to our table, and even took around 20-30 minutes to first see us. When we left after the 1 hour mark without receiving anything we ordered to our table, and we flagged down the hostess to let him know why we were leaving and to communicate this to the waiter. It was a very disappointing experience, especially given that the restaurant holds customers very accountable, but do not treat customers accordingly. I think it is important to note that there were 3 open tables around us and more in the other room, so the restaurant was not full during this lack of attentiveness.

Atmosphere is impeccable, service is excellent, so kind and accommodating to EVERYONE. But let’s just talk about the food and drinks, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. Great place for a fun casual night or a fancy birthday night. Can never go wrong at pinky’s!!

Horrible service, filthy interior with nasty bathrooms, and limp, reheated food. Avoid at all costs!
