Tried to donate brand new cat food here. No one ever responded. I don’t understand how this is an animal shelter. No one was even at the building. I feel so bad for these animals. I ended up taking the food to the shelter on John R where they were open and I saw lots of cats that looked like that could really use it.

I have always supported the Royal Oak Animal Shelter. Most recently, I rescued an abandoned cat in my neighborhood and the shelter, via Jodie Ellison, responded immediately and provided help. I know have a new addition to the family named Olivia, a beautiful Calico!
