About The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center
The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center offers a selection of new and gently used clothing, but customers have noted that prices are higher than expected for a thrift store, often resembling those of higher-end retailers. The store's limited size results in a smaller selection, particularly lacking in furniture and children's items. Some shoppers have expressed frustration at seeing items with "NFS" (not for sale) stickers in the window displays, which they find misleading. However, first-time visitors have praised the cleanliness and organization of the store, along with the friendliness of the staff, including a helpful new employee. Overall, while the store has a good selection of clothing, customers seeking typical thrift store pricing may want to consider other options. Donations are accepted Tuesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM, with the store closed on Mondays and Sundays.
Clean store. Nice staff. Having only one fitting room is a middle finger to anyone who shops here. Usually quite a wait to try on clothes. 3 item limit is a joke. Store used to have many fitting rooms and they took them away.
