“I had heard about the Detroit Bus Company and decided to bring my family on the Merry and Bright tour as a fun holiday outing. It was so much fun. Our tour guide and bus driver were totally involved with the whole evening, which made the experience more personal, plus they were full of interesting facts. “When you are driving on a service drive, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO YIELD TO TRAFFIC COMING FROM THE OFF RAMP. This very dangerous driver who most likely has a class B CDL (due to the size of the bus) not even bothering to stop and decided he wanted to merge into my lane while i was merging onto the service drive off of west bound 696 at the 11 mile off ramp. Absolutely UNSAFE driving and disgrace to a company who’s services is transportation.”
