I had a really excellent visit experience to apply for a new passport. I was assisted by Shanika who is the nicest and most helpful person you could ever wish to deal with. She’s a huge asset for USPS. The appt started on time and I was done inside 10mins. Fantastic !!!

I'm going to throw a shout out to these guys for our last visit, special props to Michelle who processed our passports. Clearly hot and humid in the usual chaos of a city's post office, the staff remained cool and calm. We were transferred from another location because of staffing issues, which the staff took in stride and processed all three of us without missing a beat. Thank you! We appreciate your work.

I had a problem with my mail person 😕 I sent out a birthday card for my son on June 18 th and my son never received his birthday card it got destroyed 😞 and it came back to me and it was pretty messed up 😞,so I hope you people get this problem solved because I'm very upset bout it

I paid to send a letter second day and it never got delivered at all it was a very important item that cannot be replaced I will never use the usps again I will use federal express or ups because they are dependable

Use the drop box roughly once a week, is usually good, sometimes it's jammed on sundays

I was supposed to receive a package and it never came. They sent a notification saying that the package was delivered and it never showed up. I tried calling of course no answer three times and one day once in the morning once in the evening and another time and a late eveningtimes no no answer. Very bad customer service.

First off, the passport lady is a gem, very helpful, funny, efficient. The lady sitting in the middle is sweet but the one closest to the door could put a little more sweetner in her coffee.

Why oh why oh why?!?! Are the employees of this particular branch so angry and aggressive to the community looking to mail things.
This is the whole job. Be pleasant, efficient, helpful and mail stuff. We live here and have a business here. My husband just took really important boxes up there (he’s a very nice guy) and asked if he was using the correct postage for these boxes (we are sending a bunch) - she just kept saying to him “I don’t know” regarding the postage. Then he asked ok well can you just confirm the weight at which point they began going back and forth over the weight. And it was completely unpleasant and unnecessary in our day.
In a time when everyone is running a little hot. Please ?? help make these people less miserable and hateful to customers. Or assist them in moving on. Dealing with humans is going to be part of the postal service so if you hire a person who can’t assist people you have failed.
Generally speaking a customer interfacing job requires some basic set of custom service skills.

Having a problem at another post office. Called talked with post master general or supervisor. Told her my business mail was being opened and place in another envelope with a note. She was very nasty said she was having problems at the 12 mile location and would look into it and get back with me but not today in about 2 to 4 days. Well she hasn't called.i called and a disconnect. So i callthe other post office and she knowd who i am callef me by name said no mail wad open it was i took it to the front desk. We don't open mail we don't want to loose our jobs same as she told me yesterday. Nasy condesening unprofessional people who make mistakes and blame the customer. Nobody had looked into my complaint just look at the reviews.
