This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s gotten worse over the years. If you are a Black female beware…they are rude and unhelpful. I literally had to call corporate in the store to get assistance and then be told its still unavailable.

Very helpful and courteous staff. Our last visit (9/23) was with Caitlyn, who was so helpful and patient with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current deals available and how to arrange our product and service orders to get the best value. She took extra time to check availability of devices at other nearby stores and presented several options for payment and financing. This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Verizon store. The customer service was abysmal, and the employees were shockingly disrespectful. Not only did I have to make multiple trips to the store, but I was also informed that my reservation had been canceled without any prior notice. It's beyond frustrating to invest time and effort only to be met with such incompetence. Avoid this store at all costs

Massively slow. Told me there were 3 people ahead of me in line and many more people were ahead of me in line. They got my phone number to contact me when its my turn but they never called and its very hard to even call the store. Most difficult experience EVER and i didnt even get helped.

DO NOT GO TO THIS VERIZON!!My "specialist" was absolutely no help. I came into the store after 3 plus hours of being on the phone the day before. Figured going into the store would be easier.I was wrong. My helper was extremely rude and ignorant. He rolled his eyes the entire time while I was explaining the issue and quote - well, what do you want me to do?Maybe do your job? He found no answers or resources to get to the issue. I left after ten minutes of him just staring at me telling me well this is what it is. Ironically, I came in to fix a loyalty discount after being with Verizon for 15 years and I left the store wanting to cancel my account for the terrible, horrible service I've received. You would think they will stand by their promotions or word, nope. Every single person I talked to gave me a different answer. Btw, it doesn't matter who you talk to. On the phone, in a store or a computer bot. My specialist told me "it doesn't matter" ?? Do yourself a favor and cancel your account and save yourself a headache (and time)

Can be a little bit of the hard sales approach at this locations. Hey, I get it ... gotta move that customer to making a decision whether yes, or no but sometimes some people need to think.Otherwise the service is okay, just be prepared to say no to the upgrades, like credit cards or new phones

The kids working there were very rude. One of them tried selling me 3 accessories for $80 (which is a rip off) and when I said no, he said “ok then your phone just won’t charge fast.” Later I was asking a question as I was checking out buying an iPhone 13….this 19 year old boy turned to his 19 year old friend and said something in a language I couldn’t understand, clearly a rude comment about me as the other stared at me after. Nothing ruder and more unprofessional than speaking in a foreign language about someone to their face. Verizon stores in general have pushy sales people but this one is the worst I’ve ever been to. Go to any other location.

We were treated fabulously the whole time. We were turning in 2 Phones, and getting new ones. Also got a smart watch and trying out their home internet. Imitaz helped us out a lot, he was beyond helpful, patient and courteous. Facility was clean and quiet and easy to navigate. Beautiful phones, good inventory. We will be back!

Zero stars. Customer service is non-existent. Supposedly a "corporate store". I would recommend never coming here for anything you need. There are two customers (the only two customers) in the store that have been waiting for more than an hour and a half. There are about four employees in the back area that keep poking their heads out and don't come out to help anyone.
