I went here last Thursday night ann Martin stayed over an hour past closing to try and help me retrieve my info on a pretty much dead phone. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Martin was amazing! Then a week later I went in again and Chris was also awesome! . He helped me find the best plan for my needs and saved me a lot of money. I have been to the Corporate Stores that just treat you like a number. I know the parking is a little inconvenient but you can park in the structure which is a block and 1/2 away , first 2 hours free. I definitely think going to this Verizon is worth it!

After chasing around to 3 Verizons, my sister and I walked in to this location. Mahim pulled up our account, gave us 2 options that were clear, direct and right to the point. He told me the math and gave us a great deal on a new phone and accessories. I told my sister, “See, this is exactly what I needed to hear.” The entire process made perfect sense. Such a night day experience from the Verizon in Royal Oak on Woodward. Over there- they patronize their customers and give them the run-around. I told Mahim to text me when there are deals in the future and we will be returning soon. Thanks so much.

I only came in to get a phone for my son and upgrade my phone. Received a good deal of apple products (up sold), but the overall salesmanship and customer service was great. I would go back to the store again.
Only complaint… parking. Hahahaha

My experience was fantastic at this Verizon store in Royal Oak. This was mostly to do with Martin who works there. He was very knowledgeable in all areas including financial, plan differences, and accessories. He was also very technical with knowledge in multiple platforms and setup at a very detailed level with many devices. On top of that his customer service and soft skills were top notch. He was kind and helpful with a truly nuanced execution as the situation changed and updated during my time there. I have never had a better experience in customer service. Thanks!
