Walked in and stood there as employees completely ignored me. I eventually walked out of the store. I regret switching to Verizon, the customer service has been horrible.

Today was my first experience with Verizon and it is my last. I placed a store pick up for 2 new lines at 9am never received any response so I went to the store after 12 noon. They were extremely rude stating they can’t help me because I didn’t order in the store. I left to call customer service then all of a sudden my order was cancelled without my permission. Now I’m out of hundreds of dollars with no phones. If this is what Verizon is like…no thank you

I went in with questions, and Lawrence was incredibly helpful. I had not been in the store for a while, and I was so impressed with the layout, the quick check-in, and the very fast response of Lawrence. Great store!

Worst Verizon on Earth. I ordered a phone just for me to get there and have them tell me my order wasn’t ready. I called back later that day to see if it was ready and they told me I would receive an email and would be ready the following day. Today is the following day and I received an email saying that my order was cancelled because I had not picked up my phone. I placed the order yesterday and was told I would receive an email when it was ready. I never received that email. Make it make sense.

Went in to have my account checked. Couldn't log in no matter what I tried. Associates were chatting and working on a tablet. Said they were working out some issues and it would be a while. I was the only customer. I left in displeasure and won't go back. I guess quality customer service is a practice that has been lost in some industries. Not everything can be handled per "internet". Will go back to original store where I was treated with respect.

WARNING ROYAL OAK WOODWARD STORE: On or about January 6, 2024, I went into this store to exchange my verizon ear pods (ordered online). I was told they did not have the ones I wanted. They took the new ones I wanted to exchange (generation 4) and never sent me the ones I exchanged for. Today Verizon told me they never received the ones I returned back and that it was up to me to find out what happened to the earpods (that their employee took from me in their store). Worst possible customer service. Verizon customer for 17 years. I will follow up with this post when I get the company's final resolution of my issue. But I could never go back to this store ever again. Trustworthiness failure.

THE WORST STORE!!! I ordered a phone and everything went through. I just had to pick it up when ready. I went to pick my order up it wasn’t ready of course. They told me come back in 2 hours (the guy with dreadlocks & glasses) I gave them enough time. I came back at 6:30 they close at 7. They told me my order was put on hold, told me to call this number & gave me an FAKE order number. Good thing I had my real order number in my email. I called customer service & the fraud department in front of everyone and was told the manager was trying to flag my account and they don’t know why. Everything was good to go and I should’ve had my phone that was already paid for in my hand. I agreed to come back the next day and pick up my phone but received an email saying “order cancelled” I called customer service and was told the manager flagged my order multiple time's that I am now put on the fraud list and can’t get a phone. This was the worse experience ever. I will NEVER go to this store, tell anyone to go to this store, or get a phone under Verizon!!!! Do better! And get better employees!!!!

Went in the Saturday after Thanksgiving to upgrade my wife's iPhone and my iPad. A day that started at 8am ended with me leaving at 1:45pm. While Tez the sales associate was quite helpful, Verizon corporate was not. After fighting to activate the devices for sometime, we had to start over, return the upgraded devices, and get new ones. The store manager (I apologize for not remembering her name) got involved and gave us a discount on activation.
The "first" set of devices were charged to my wife's credit card. Then when we exchanged them the "second" set was charged to mine. 2 weeks later, the charges on the first card haven't been reversed. I went into the store and was blown off by the same person complained about in other reviews. I texted the original associate Tez. To his credit, he had given me his work number, and called me back, despite being on vacation. He said he would have the store manager, who had originally helped out on our visit, call me. She hasn't. I'd like to get in contact with her by phone or email to rectify the additional charge on the card, but am afraid to even walk into the store for fear I'll be belittled or blown off like many others here apparently have.

The store manager, Zack, is an arrogant and rude person. He mislead and misinformed me to get a sale which is against the law!!
I went in because my iPhone 15pro (which was not even a year old) shut off and wouldn’t turn back on). I insisted that I had a warranty and they said I did not and then proceeded to make me buy a brand new phone for $800+. My iPhone turned on the next day so I called Verizon corporate and they said they should’ve replaced my phone right there and never should’ve made me buy a new phone. I went back to the store to return the phone they unethically convinced me buy and Zack was there again with an extremely rude demeanor and indicated they could not return the phone because there was a scratch on the screen. At this point I don’t care if the phone was broken into pieces - they mislead me and should’ve replaced my phone to begin with. Worst management ever - every customer in the store was irritated with him. Filing a complaint with corporate.

My wife and I were in the area and decided to stop in to upgrade our phones and decided to get new watches and tablets. Richard helped us and was extremely friendly, professional and made sure we knew everything we need to know about our new stuff. We live 40 minutes from this location and definitely have different options but we will make that drive just because of how great he was.
