The dealership service department provides assurance and convenience when taking care of my vehicle for whatever I might have brought it in for. Jason and Kyle are always of great help".

I’ve leased my vehicles for over 12 years and Jeep is the first dealership I’ve been to that does it right and makes it convenient for their customers. This was my second time getting a complimentary oil change from this dealership. Jason does a great job and I’ve never had an issue or question that couldn’t be taken care of.

Kyle and Jason did a great job making sure my Grand Cherokee was serviced correctly and quickly. I'll definitely return to Village Jeep for regular maintenance in the future!

Overpriced, and under competent. Mechanics don't wanna help with anything that doesn't cost $100, everything you ask for is an inconvenience. Don't come here asking for help or asking for advice because that'll cost $200-500 :-) don't buy ur jeep here. they've only ever been a disappointment.

Shaky brakes on my Cherokee, but was taken care of really well by Jason in the service department. I did have to wait a week to get an appointment, but that is everywhere. Happy to wait when they are so good on their end about getting me in and out without any issues! Would definitely recommend Village for both sales and service.Recently leased a car from here as well. (Not the one with the brake problem!)

We had a great experience getting our new Compass at Village Jeep in Royal Oak. Our salesperson Jon was very helpful but not pushy. Sent us links for rebates and our lease payment was about $50 less than two other dealerships had quoted. Trade in and pick up were easy. No surprises. I highly encourage anyone buying to give this location a visit. Also, my last two leases did not go this seamlessly, so I know and appreciate good service when I get it. Good luck all.

Scammers all around here. I took my car in to be serviced for a flat tire on Friday. Took all day mind you since they had to update the car system as well. But whatever, car is “fixed”. I drive home which is a 15 min commute. Next day, I pull out my garage & drive less than a block before the low tire pressure signal comes on. The same tire is flat again. They rotate the tires so now its at the front of the car versus the back now. I take it back to the dealership Monday (today) thinking they must have not fixed it completely which is irritating in itself. But no they blame it on me by saying “you must have a hit a nail on the way home.”….On the same tire? That you moved to a different spot?? On my 15 min commute home? What are the odds??? Makes entirely no sense. So again, having to wait all day for them to fix it & for them to not take accountability for anything. Kyle just makes terrible jokes, barely makes eye contact, and tells us how this happened with another customer before. While I have to pay $200+ and take off work for the day. Please treat your customers with better respect.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my Jeep serviced. Even with a busy schedule Jason made sure I was taken care of. He’s personable, thorough, efficient and sincere. He exemplifies true customer service. In addition, when I called to set up a service appointment my call was answered quickly. It was a treat to speak to a real person rather than go through an automated list of menu options. She was also pleasant. When I checked out with the cashier I was impressed again by the another personable interaction.

Village jeep has the best service and customer appreciation I have ever experienced. Even if you didn’t buy your jeep from them, at least get your service done here. The staff is always polite and professional and actually treats you like a customer or part of the family. Their quality is top notch, they always get it fixed the first time and in a timely manner. I have had a couple time limited experiences, kids going away to college or a short trip home, and they brought their jeeps in to service them. If you have a dealership you already go to, give them a try, you will not be disappointed and you might even make the change, I did.

Once again another pleasant experience. Rolled in at my appointment time, actually, a little early, was greater nicely and was on my way to the waiting area within a minute or two. Nearly to the minute they were letting me know my car was done and I was out of there!!!

Simon was wonderful throughout the whole process - it only took a few days from the time I walked through the door until I drove off with my new car. I felt taken care of by the whole team, not to mention received the best price out of several dealerships. Would highly recommend visiting Village Jeep!

Friendly service 8/2023 as always, treated with respect for my time. Vehicle was accepted at my appointment time and serviced without delay. In an out in under an hour. That's why I keep going back.

UPDATE:So the tech here told me I had to TOW my car into the lot to get a new set of keys that were misplaced. He wouldn’t even try to help me, told me they don’t do the request I asked for and that after towing my car in, I would have to pay extra to get my key codes.I went to ANOTHER Jeep dealership, they gave me the codes FOR FREE without having to tow my car there, or deal with inept rudeness. All they needed was proof it was my car.So the tech guy at this location didn’t know what he was talking about ⚡️OR he was trying to fleece me ? OR he’s just rude cause he has no customer service skills. ✅Guess who I’m getting my 5th car from?PREVIOUS:These guys are super rude and unhelpful for the most basic requests.I’m shocked that I am a Jeep owner and am treated like a nuisanceIt’s 3:40pm August 8 2023, the service guy with glasses and a outdated man bun (dirty blonde) (portly fellow) - gross attitude- first booth when you walk in to the service department.I wished I got his name so he can be fully highlighted- but he needs a shift or something
