Good at sales. Poor at customer service. Shouldn’t have to call twice to get a return call to request service. Furthermore they say they will come pick up your tractor to get it serviced but then they don’t show up so you call and they reschedule and then they don’t show up again. Not ideal when you use your tractor for clearing the driveway and it’s the dead of winter.
