The manager should be ashamed of himself. He has poor customer service skills. If you dont want to do you job go somewhere else. Its not fair that not only do you not know what your products are you didnt honor me the price you advertised for your product. I refused to argue with someone who is a manager and rude at that. I wont be back do better.

On Monday, November 25, 2024, around 7:20 a.m., I stopped at your store to purchase fuel and other items. After fueling, my car battery failed, leaving me stranded. Without a cellphone, I approached the on-duty clerk for assistance in making a quick call to my wife to explain the situation. The clerk informed me that an office phone was available but refused to allow me to use it or provide any assistance.
As a 58-year-old business owner and transit security officer who actively supports the community, I was disappointed by this lack of basic customer care. Later, my wife visited the store to request to speak with a manager. The clerk declined to provide contact information, so my wife left our phone numbers for follow-up. Unfortunately, no one from management reached out.
This experience reflects poor customer service, and as a result, I will no longer patronize this store. I intend to share this incident with the community to raise awareness about the treatment I received

Went to purchase a water and some trail mix, gentleman cashing me out didn’t know the price and for some reason the scanner wasn’t working to scan the items. The cashier asked what I assumed to be his manager what the prices for the items were and he tried upcharging for both items. Instead of going over to the rack and looking at the price, they’ll give you whatever price pops in their head no matter if it’s more than what it’s actually being sold for. BIG SCAM

Whoever the African American lady is that work morning shifts around 7-5, is so RUDE and needs to be terminated. She’s rude to the customers and then calls the police when someone checks her.Dave (store manager) needs to do a better job on who he hires.

Bob was very rude this morning and stereotype me and also refused to sell me a lighter, all because I asked a customer does he have a lighter, and snap at me about asking a customer for the lighter then made it seems as if I was just sitting in front of the store begging people

Manager discriminating against young women. Only asking the girls for their ID, allowing men to purchase tobacco without ID, we have been here almost daily before work and this man will act like he doesnt know we are of age and lie saying he cant sell certain amounts of a product. When he'll turn around and allow a MAN to make the transaction.
Manager is sexist, and rude to women, ESPECIALLY younger women.

This owner is not right. That poor woman is over worked and should be compensated for her work. A saginaw policeman and paramedic were also in line and agreed she is over worked EVERY day. She was doing lottery running literally running, two cash registers getting doughnuts and taking a pizza out all at once. This is poor ownership. Where is he helping her? I understand people don't want to work and I said aloud she needs a raise doing 3 people's jobs at once. Shame on him for not contributing nor compensating her. I wish I got her name 1015 am Sunday morning. A True owner with decency would be there helping. Apparently being a cashier is beneath him. The policeman said she RUNS like that everyday. What a shame I wish i had lots of money because I would have gave her 100 just because. I won't do business there ever again because thos owner clearly doesn't care about his workers. How many others feel the same way? Of course there are long lines when it's just her. She should make 50 to 70 thousand a year doing 3 people's jobs. How disappointing..

I was attempting to buy combos that were on sale, 2 for $5. They did not ring up at the advertised price. The owner was present and proceeded to argue with me, stating how he didn’t have to give them to me for that price, I was a bad customer and he didn’t want me in his store. I was pleasant with him during in interaction and only wanted the items for the posted price. He accused me of just trying to get items for free. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received in a store.

I am not sure why the hired the one guy back...the one that went viral about letting the lady with her baby in. His customer service is trash. I avoid the store when he is working. He just rude for no reason 711 will hire ANYBODY. I get that times have changed ....it makes you question management. The turnover rate is TERRIBLE.
