Been to a lot of 7/11 stores here in Saginaw. I must admit this store ranks the highest of all that I’ve been too. Even the new ones that opened this one is always clean organized well stocked and the manager ranks high with his mannerisms. I will go outta my way to stop on in.

This 7-Eleven smells like dirt/mold, bad. There service is also not great! The only nice/helpful employee is a taller black gentleman. The rest of the employees are rude when you ask questions about the deals/products or when checking out. They also have false advertisements displayed for products they don't even have in stock, but place similar items in those spots to look like they go with that deal. What a rip off! I will not being going to this 7-Eleven again!

The woman who was working today around 7:45p was very pleasant. She offered to help with the roller grill food without hesitation. I hope she’s recognized for how kind & attentive she was. Great customer service🙂

Clean and organized branch and my favorite location ,easy to get in and out. New management keeps everything full and organized and up to date .

This store beat my 10 year old son out of $50 I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there unless you want outdated stuff and the service wasn’t all that either!!! Definitely don’t go buy a Roblox card there the owner knows they don’t work and still is selling them my son wasn’t his first victim either!! The worker made it known and she felt terribly sorry. To the owner you should be ashamed of yourself to look a kid in their face knowing you were going to take his money and he wasn’t going to get what he paid for !! My son cried over that he saved up for that dirty dirty dirty !!

Always a little dirty, slurpees are never up and running, they never have any of their hot items cooked. Just a disappointing store in general.

Probably owned by the laziest person. Doesn’t like to hire people and is extremely cheap. Wouldn’t recommended going to this store, they never are open anyways.

Tonight so wanted a slurpee and all the slurpee machines were nasty and had mold and the countertop was a filthy mess and please mop the floors, the parking lot is unkept with trash and discarded face masks, this 7-11 went downhill!

Warning: Do not work here and do not buy stuff at this location. I don't believe you should go to any 7Eleven in Michigan. They dont like to pay their employees what is due. I know for a fact my friends worked at this location and they were always missing their pay or it took two weeks to get what was owed. I know One person that hasnt been paid for a whole week and 8 hours of holiday pay and they are refusing to pay them. ignoring them and wont pay up!!!!!the store is also very dirty. they dont clean like they should be.

There are two incredibly attractive and bubbly/friendly girls that work as clerks here. They're always fun to chat with and seem to always have time to make you feel like more than a customer. Also this location has a 10 flavor spread of slurpees to choose from!On the downside there is a red headed male clerk that has glasses that is ALWAYS rude and acting as thought your being there is a huge inconvenience to him. There hasn't been a SINGLE time I've gone where he didn't act irritated. He also refusesrefuses to cook your 711 brand pizza when you purchase one frozen. EVERY OTHER clerk actually ASKS you if you'd like it cooked. HE is the only downside to this neat and well stocked convenience store.
