Wow..Wow.. Mike we can not thank you enough.. Stove, Fridge, and washer we got just before Christmas. At the price we could afford in a timely manner. Steve Vasko is the best and I highly recommend him for your ABC Warehouse purchases!
When my Whirlpool washer died recently due to a control board issue (after only having it for 4 years!) I really wanted to get a brand that was similar to the old school washers that lasted forever. After some research I thought Speed Queen was the way to go and spoke to Steve about it. He listened to my concerns, and got me the pricing for the Speed Queen, but highly recommended a commercial grade GE version that had the features I wanted, with a much larger tub, and at a MUCH better price. I ended up ordering both the GE washer and dryer he had recommended (since my 11 year old dryer was on its last legs.) Steve was able to quickly and professionally take care of all of this for me over the phone, since I'm not local to the area, which was so convenient! The delivery arrived on time and was incredibly smooth (much better than my previous experience with Costco appliance delivery by the way!)
Without a doubt, all of my future appliance purchases will be with Steve Vasko at the Saginaw ABC Warehouse. It can be tricky to find a truly caring, honest, and informed salesman these days so I feel incredibly lucky to have found Steve. I highly recommend you call the store and ask for Steve Vasko to help you directly for any of your appliance needs (or any other item sold by ABC Warehouse) even if you don't live in the area since they're able to ship to you from a nearby warehouse. I can't remember the last time I had such a pleasant appliance purchase/delivery experience and I have Steve Vasko to thank for that!

I want to think Andrew Larson at the ABC on Bay Road for helping us with the purchase of a brand new refrigerator. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail about the refrigerator that we ended up choosing. Upon getting the refrigerator home. It wouldn’t fit through the dining room to the kitchen. I called Andrew and he said he will have someone that they work with call us. The gentleman came over and took the doors off for us and put it back together in the kitchen and hooked up the waterline, he was very professional, and also explained a lot on how to work everything . We are so grateful and so happy! Thank you Andrew for your great service!! I would recommend 10 stars if I could to Andrew

Horrible service
Gina treated us horribly and there was an elderly man waiting for her and she went up to him and asked him what do you want? (Rudely) He just walked out.
Make sure you look at your receipt! They didn’t give us the sale prices for MD and I had to fight for 2 months!
Corporate called, your a VIP customer…. Sure shows I am doesn’t it! 🙄. He did nothing but talked about the review. They don’t care!
Then one of the guys that delivered our bed complained the whole time stood with his arms folded saying ABC should never have went beyond appliances. My husband and the other guy from ABC put the bed together We spent ALOT! and it was the worst experience ever! Wouldn’t go back! EVER!
