Every one use this place to refill his propane tank make sure to weight the tank after you get done (in different place)
On October 26th, I came in after noon as usual to refill two 100 lb propane tanks. After a few minutes, the employee told me he filled the first tank, but the second one was leaking, so he couldn’t do it. I asked if he could tighten the valve or check it, but he refused, saying it might cause a spark and blow up. That explanation didn’t make sense to me, so I took the tank to another shop — they filled it without any issue, and it’s been working perfectly since.
Today, October 28th, I decided to check the first tank he filled. Using the hot water method, I noticed it was less than a third full. Then I weighed it on a scale and was shocked to see it only contained 28 lbs of propane — far less than what I paid for.
I understand mistakes can happen, so I called the store to talk to the manager. They told me to come in at 8 a.m. tomorrow. I also spoke with another employee who claimed to have 30 years of experience and said the guy who filled my tank has 15 years — but I personally know that he was mowing grass for my restaurant just two years ago, so that’s not true.
This whole situation wasted my time and money, and on top of that, the customer service was very poor. The guy he used to cut my grass knew me so if the manager sees this review, he can easily find my number to call, apologize, and refund my money — or just keep losing customers.

Thank you for running an honest business with timely, accurate service. My Dad recently had his lawnmower repaired here, after having a terrible experience with a competitor. He’s a baby boomer who takes care of his things rather than buying junk every couple years. He had a great, stress-free and successful transaction. I appreciate you taking good care of your customers and their equipment!!

Went to multiple stores in the area for a lawn mower battery and Wohlfeil was the only one who had it. The guys working did a great job getting and the service was excellent. Had never been to the place but will remain a regular customer.

Just bought a dr field and brush mower. Had a issue right out the bat. But. They came and picked it up with in 2 hours and and it's on its way back in the same. Day appreciate that.

My great-great grandpa bought a lawnmower from here nearly half a century ago, it still runs well to this day. We use it to mow our lawn and our neighbors lawn. Amazing mower!
