Went to get a battery in another one of my vehicles and guy with mustache wouldn't put it in because it was under seat which was easier to get to then under hood. Guy was rude. Knew I needed jump to get car going and expected me to put it in without any tools. He wouldn't talk when he tested it or tell me anything. He didn't want my business either because it was cold or an hour before they closed.

This Advance Auto Parts is an authorized UPS drop-off access point location. On occasion, I will bring packages to this location to drop off my prepaid UPS Ground packages that contain auto parts that I sell in my spare time. It is nice that Advance Auto offers this service especially being open late beyond the time frame of the UPS store or other drop-off locations. Lately though, I've encountered issues with this location especially with one specific employee. I don't know his name but he's a bigger fella with a big ego of customer service concern. Lately, he gives me trouble with dropping off my UPS prepaid packages. It is my understanding that UPS will accept any prepaid packages as long as they are prepaid labels within their weight and size parameters which mine always are. When I walk in this store with my hands full of packages, I say hello and I am greated with a blank stare of disgust and absolutely no verbal response from this individual. He says nothing but his body language insinuates "why are you here?". It is very apparent that this individual does not like Advance Auto's UPS program. He has mentioned that he feels that UPS should be paying them extra for their service of having to handle their packages. He will not take my medium to large size boxes. He has outright denied a package that contained a set of door panels that I was shipping. He has made fun of the fact that I write "Fragile" or "Handle with care" on my packages. He has stated that UPS does not care about that and that it means absolutely nothing to anyone. He has lied to me stating that UPS will not take larger packages on their trucks so he does not want them there. Medium and larger packages is what UPS is all about. Believe me, they take them. If I were shipping small, I would use the post office. I had shipped a convertible roof for a Pontiac Solstice through UPS and sent it out through another Access Point location and had absolutely zero issues. If I bring a steering rack or set of hubcap packages here to this location, this guy gives me a hard time every single time not wanting them. Even worse, this guy trains the new employees just the same. So all said and done, you have a whole team of people who now give a mis-service to your customers. It's unfortunately came down to the point where I simply cannot come here. I already drive 30min just to drop off a few packages which I now have to travel further to another Advance location where they give me no trouble at all. I've bought parts at times of dropping off packages and he is often rude and will look up a part, but seems too high of stature to get it for me and will ramble off the part # for me to find in the store instead. I hope whoever is reading and responding to this will bring this to the attention to whomever owns this store because as a business owner, this is important and needs addressed for the sake of your business and customers. Clearly, this is not something that Advance Auto Parts would value or promotes for their customers. It's just overall really disappointing when your business has a great service available but your employees are totally disinterested, inconvenienced, and misguiding when it comes to offering it. Thank you for your time.

Went in to buy windshield wipers and had a horrible experience. The attitude and the unprofessional conduct by the woman working there was uncalled for. If you do not know what you are doing working at a parts store you shouldn’t be working there.

No issues at all. They understood what I needed and let me select the price point, they did the installation immediately and the items work just fine.

Went in around 7pm on Oct 22nd 2022. The old man working at the counter made my wife feel very uncomfortable. Muttered d**n under his breath, but loud enough for my wife to hear as she was walking into the bathroom. Went and bought parts elsewhere.

Went in around 7pm Oct 22, 2022to get pricing on parts with my husband and toddler. My daughter and I had to use the bathroom. This balding, fat old man had to walk us all the way to the back where they keep stock. Of course the women's bathroom is always the furthest and after the men's bathroom. When I was walking away, he said damn. Then I felt uncomfortable the whole time while going to the bathroom and had to check the men's bathroom to make sure he wasn't in there. Then walking back, he asked how old my daughter was and told me if only they stayed that little. So now I'm grossed out he was saying it about her vs me cause those comments with the damn just seem creepy and gross to me. And even if it wasn't directed at her, it's still creepy to do to a woman in general, but especially cornered off somewhere.
