I get that Aldi’s whole business model revolved around basically not providing customer service, but it’s like the employees have a complete disdain for customers. Don’t DARE ask a question because giving you an answer will certainly be an inconvenience. And watch your head if you’re anywhere near someone stocking the shelves, since they love to chuck the empty boxes without looking first to see if anyone is there. Bought any beverages with bottle deposits? The bottle return machine will likely reject half of them, which means you’ll need to ask the cashier to do a modicum of extra work - and for that, they will stare at you hatefully with the power of a thousand suns. Selection is hit and miss, often lacking basic staple ingredients that I need so I have to make an extra stop at Walmart anyway, where the employees are actually nice and treat you like a human. I still pop in occasionally to see what’s new in the seasonal section but my expectations at this point are for the experience to be unpleasant.

I'm an Aldi fan, however my biggest complaint is as the day goes on, shelves don't often get refilled and the store becomes messy and unkept.

I had only been to the one on Bay, wow this one seemed twice the size and there are self check stalls here whereas none on Bay.

Has a good variety of groceries. Great to see organic products there. Prices aren't bad.
