Camron was great with keeping me updated on my vehicle as they performed on it, also very informative with breaking down the issues going on (what could have caused it to happen). Price was decent for fix.

I had a rattle/scrape noise with my front left wheel well in a 2018 Lexus truck couldn't figure it out. Brought it in they figured it out quick charged me a very reasonable price. Would bring my vehicle back any time, and recommend to others.

I went to Gales on a Tuesday morning with my Sierra. They contacted me via text with a break down of what needed to be fixed and options to accept or deny services. Super convenient, I'm my opinion. But Cameron, (sorry if I spelled his name wrong!) called me as well and went over everything with me. He was super friendly and helpful the whole way thru. They did exceptional work and got it done that same day! They even texted me on Friday to ask how everything was running! Phenomenal customer service, did great work, a little on the pricey side but it's worth it knowing you'll be well taken care of. Thank you, Gales for taking care of my truck! I appreciate y'all!

This is the only place I'll take my vehicles & is the only place I've taken my vehicles for 3 years.
After finding gales & the service they provide, I find no reason to look anywhere else.
With each repair is an inspection, which is found other problems. While fixing a timely manner prevented more problems.
Their process is exceptional they do a very good job.

I'm elated with the service I received @ the gratiot location and it's not far from my house. I refer all my friends. I recently had a friend call saying something is wrong with his classic car..its not running right...So I say why dnt you drive it over and have the guys at Gales take a look at it.. Good thing he listened.. the guys came out took a look and listened...Immediately they knew what was wrong.. they got him right in No Time Flat.... not to mention they're kind and friendly.. Thanks Guys & Girls I appreciate your service. If I or anyone I know needs auto repairs I won't hesitate to call.
