This place is hands down a 10/10. The staff is phenomenal!! I was helped right away by Chelsey who took the time to help me get exactly what I needed. Not only was she very patient with me as I was indecisive, but her empathy and kindness truly made a big difference during my visit. Being surprised and 100% satisfied, I will be returning as needed :).

Front desk people were GREAT and friendly. Once the exam started the optical assistant was very sweet but as soon as I was called in by the doctor my experience went down hill. Very bland personality not very welcoming and passive aggressive. After the exam when it was time to check out and look for glasses I wanted to leave. The lady that helped fit me and check me out was not personable. I felt like I was at the DMV the whole time. I later found that my local eye doctor is cheeper to go to.

Not helpful and they just want your money. I'm not going to spend the time to write down my whole experience. They charged way more than advertised, Zero explanations on anything, just silence. Didn't measure anything to fit glasses so not sure how that is gonna go with the glasses I ordered. They said 2 weeks for the glasses and contacts. I think that is normal but I need the contacts within a few days before I leave for work. Tried to order contacts from a different company and when they called the doc to verify the astigmatism measurements, the doc denied the order. I can only assume they were not happy I wanted to order from a different company because I needed them sooner than they could get them. Like I said, they are not helpful and they just want your money.

Was good I was given an appointment quickly that I appreciated. The eye exam seemed pretty good. However, prior to making the appointment I was assured I could get "blended bifocal lenses" only to learn otherwise subsequent to the examination. I was totally misdirected, so, will NEVER return to or recommend America's Best. Now, I must go elsewhere and take additional time I don't have.

The overall experience was ok. The person that was supposed to make sure my glasses fit, did not make sure they fit. I took the glasses back less than 24 hours later because the handle was very loose and she said that most of their glasses come like that and got an attitude because I wanted them tighten. Now the glasses hurt behind my ear and are uneven. I'm nervous about taking them back. I called customer service to report. It's the Saginaw location on tittabawasee rd. December 7th.

Being able to make a same day appointment was the ONLY nice comment I have to say about this place. We got lost on the way there and we were 10 minutes, turning into 11 minutes by the time we checked in only to be told that since we were over 10 minutes late we couldn’t be seen. There was absolutely no other customers there and staff was not very nice. I will never return and I will definitely not refer anyone to this place!

Had I not seen the last review, I may have just let this slide, but seems it isn't policy for this company to train its employees to call its customers when things go wrong. Ordered glasses 3 weeks ago, getting ready to go on vacation, thinking I would have new glasses in time. I just had to call them to find out the glasses arrived broken and they had to reorder, with zero communication to let me know.
