This place is awesome, I’m having trouble with applebee and wanted to switch. I just saved almost .35 cents a gallon with Ameri gas and also saved $125 on delivery charges. And it was all thanks to Jud who answered the phone.

Would have left ZERO stars if I could!!!! I had a tank delivered and filled all of 3 weeks ago on December 20th on the $84/month payment plan. I received a billing statement after only 2 weeks of service showing past due amounts for the entire month of November (I WAS NOT RECEIVING THEIR SERVICES AT ALL THIS ENTIRE MONTH) and the entire month of December, (I only used their services for 11 days that month)!!!! Now, also, January included and late fees...so now after using their services for a short 3 weeks, and on the $84/month plan they claim I owe nearly $500!!!! I have called customer service, who not only are hard to understand but are rude, and refuse to help at all!!! I will be contacting bbb and will be making it known on social media that they are CROOKS

4 times over the past month I’ve had drivers show up and tell me they can’t fill my garage lp tank because there is no work order. This last time they filled the wrong tank. No local number to call. 800 number is overseas and they apparently can’t comprehend anything I say.

Amerigas employees were courteous and the delivery came on time! I was able to speak with a real person instead of a robot on the phone. Easy to do business with thank you.

Would love to give them ZERO stars. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company. So let’s start off with first thing. Bought my new house, had an existing Amerigas tank on the property. Tank was 70% full when we bought the house. In our purchase agreement with original owner it stated I was entitled to all existing propane. After calling Amerigas and setting up account they decided they were going to credit that existing propane to original owner then charge me for propane. Let’s note that they never disclosed this with anyone.. Didn’t tell me, just pulled $900 out of my bank account. Made me almost miss my first mortgage payment. After countless calls, nothing has been done. Also charged me $175 for a safety check that they never did. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go with Amerigas for your propane needs.

Would a Negative but they don’t have that option. They never came to fill our propane tank, called on a Monday and they told me an emergency delivery will be out tomorrow. It’s now 3 days later and I still have no propane and they keep telling me someone will be out tomorrow. I can’t even stay at my house because it’s older inside my house than it is outside. DO NOT GET AMERIGAS.

We canceled or account with 30% gas left in the tank. We also had to pay up front for our gas went with a different company because gas was way cheaper. So basically they robbed us of 30% gas that was left in the tank to go sell it to someone else the told us basically it’s our loss they do not reimburse money left of in the tank we also had a $25 credit not sure if we will ever see that either

My elderly mother was left without propane for 3 days in below freezing temperatures because their driver thought 6 " of snow would get the delivery truck stuck.

They Have forgotten to come fill our tank on more than one occasion after having us call. Had to live in a 42 degeee house for over a week because they just... "forgot." I'm convinced they're trying to kill us.
