“Rebecca made our move-in very smooth and easy. We knew exactly what we needed to have ready. She answered all of our questions about the property and the area. The neighborhood seems very peaceful and is right next to a recreation trail that takes you through SVSU. Very positive experience.”

“I have lived at Castle Way for going on 2 years. Julie and Emma are awesome! The maintenance team spot on. I appreciate the quiet. Most everyone is respectful of their community. The grounds are kept well and the natural sunlight in my apartment makes my plants, my pet and myself very happy. It's true... this is where your home is your castle”
“New management has given a breath of fresh air to a previous stagnant and abrasive social environment, the new administration here has dealt with so many previous issues it gives faith to a positive environment in the future here, I plan on updating my review as time goes on and give credit where it's due with all the soon to come positive changes within the complex.
I would recommend this place to a friend or family member now that it is under new management and they show they care to fix the mistakes of previous leadership and any future issues that arise!
4/5 stars and hopefully 5 in the near future!”
“Honestly, the space that you get for the price tag was very much worth it for my stay! The backyard, the in unit washer and dryer that I did not have to worry about while moving in or out, the space, everything about the apartment was very lovely for me. The maintenance man was LOVELY, and was so kind with every interaction. I was really only disappointed to see Lindsay and Andrea leave because they were WONDERFUL at their jobs!! I think there might need to be some updates to the apartment that corporate should complete, such as our roof leaking in the winter, and I believe there might have been some molding issues in the bathroom even though we kept the fan on during showers and usually the bathroom door open for ventilation. I don't see these things as an issue, I just think that they should be taken care of by the company so it does not become a bigger issue in the future. The service, price and space cannot be beat. It was a lovely stay and had I not been moving across the country, I would have stayed there for a long time in that townhome! Just lovely. Shout out to Lindsay, Andrea, and the maintenance team there!”

“Green Acres has been home for 5+ years! Management is welcoming and always putting together fun things to do for the residents! Today was Back-to-School backpack giveaways. Brittany, Carrie and Rebecca always have a smile no matter how busy. Maintenance is awesome! Trevor, Brent and Dave go above and beyond. The neighborhood is safe and quiet!”
