Just absolute atrocious customer service, next to non existent. And the store is just a complete maze with no real direction. I have really bad anxiety, and this store is a nightmare!

Stores hours claim there open till 1000pm yet at 855 after we walked in we got escorted out stating they close at 900. Then were told there corporate store has the wrong hours listed.

Okay, first, I just want to say this store is amazing, and I'm always bragging about it to people up where I live (Roscommon County area)...We SO need one by us up north. Anyway, this last time I came in the store (a couple of Sunday's ago, maybe?) and was checking out near closing time. There was a sweet blonde girl at the register. I'm stumped on her name, but she did state she was a part of management or something (there was a price conflict I was letting her know about, so that's why that came up in conversation).. She was able to help me.. very professional, understanding, and still gave me the product for the price I had seen. -- The price I saw was the only price on the box, which had been for a different product, and I didn't even realize that initially until I double-checked the price on the scanner & went back to make sure I saw what I saw..lol. I actually had JUST ordered one online that was the cheapest I could find & was double the price that I had seen in the store, so I immediately grabbed one and canceled my order, so it didn't ship out. Something had just told me to double-check it when I saw the scanner because it was such a price difference. Very grateful for the lady who took care of things for me, though, when I let her know about all of that. She was so kind. You don't come across that a lot anymore.

Just moved to the area. I have shopped at At Home stores in several states and by far this is the worse customer service i have seen. Several times we reach the register only to wait for 5 minutes so the cashier can finish gossiping to others. Today the Manager checked us out to only ha e her start off very rudely that is am required to set a large box on top of her register so that she can see inside of it when in fact she could have easily just looked inside of it but she was mad at the other customer insisting something was on clearance so she took it out on us. It didn't go unnoticed. After 5 trips to this store and not one time having had a decent experience I won't be back. Home Goods, Marshall's and TJ Max is busy all the time for a reason.
