If you’re thinking about switching to AT&T and you’re reading this , please, PLEASE, save yourself your sanity and go a different route. If you’re lured but the reduced cost, you will regret with everything you have to switching to this garbage. Im working around Saginaw, with a majority of the time being right in the heart of the township. 99% of the time, I get no more than 2 bars, AT THE MAX. I can’t even be at a job site and get on the internet or send a text without having to walk or drive around to find a signal. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I once forgot to pay my bill, and they turned my phone off, I could tell barely any difference with the phone service being turned off. THATS how bad the service is. Please do yourself a favor and spend the extra money now.

I had a bad experience with the Caucasian girl she acted like she did not want to help me or solving a problem. In the end she didn't help me and then when an older Caucasian man walked in she got off her phone and went to help him, she did not care about my situation at all. Terrible service, I'll never go in there again. I went Tittabawase store and they helped me solve the problem.

I was very happy when Caitlin was able to transfer my phone with a severely damaged screen to a new phone. I was not sure it was possible and was pleasantly surprised.

Desmond was one of the best representatives I have ever encountered. He was pleasant and polite. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood all the details of my contract. His service was exceptional and it was sincerely appreciated.

I'm giving a one star because we were promised a new phone we would be walking out with it's happened for four days now, the female employee was snobby wasn't helpful at all they didn't have the phone I was looking for and they promised that I would be walking out with it when I never did. If you need a new phone Cricket is the right phone place to go to polite employees. Will never go with AT&T save yourself the trouble and don't go there cricket is your best option.

The younger rounded white girl working there was extremely horrible. Her people skills are terrible and she seemed condescending at least. She actually made me feel like a terrible person for asking for help with my phone. The taller black guy was very pleasant and i was hoping that he would take over for the girl and is the reason, only reason, i feel sorry for leaving this bad review. I will not be going back here solely not to deal with her again.

Had to come on a bit of an emergency as I need my phone to be able to clock in for work, and not only did Caitlyn do great having to juggle me and two other customers and still make it a decent experience but the manager Des was super accommodating, as a new customer, would recommend

I ported my parents over to our AT&T business account from Verizon today. I live in Missouri - they're in Michigan. I called your store an spoke a very nice young lady to give her a heads up that I'd need to send my mom in with both her and my Dad's phones for a SIM swap. I didn't catch her name - but you have a GEM working for you! I am so thankful for her kindness and quick assistance. Mom and Dad are back up and running on the BEST Cellular Network! Caitlin really helped us by tracking down an apple watch for our daughter and even went as far as calling another store to see if it was in stock and had them hold it for us! Really appreciate her help and great service!
