“I recently had these folks install an all black Katzkin leather interior in my new F150, and they did a fantastic job, at a fair price, and with a 1-day turnaround. I dropped it off to them on a Sunday using their dropbox for my keys, and picked it up Tuesday, but could have picked it up Monday, as it was done before 5:00 pm. I'm very meticulous and and particular about my things, and these folks did not disappoint. Very good job!

“I had a great experience here! My car bumper fell off and I stopped by this shop, thinking it would be a big repair. The team checked it out and realized the bumper clips had just come loose on both sides. Instead of trying to charge me, they simply clipped it back in securely and told me there was no need to worry about it.
I really appreciated their honesty, kindness, and professionalism. They could have easily charged me for something small, but instead they helped me out right away without asking for anything in return. That kind of integrity is rare to find these days!

“The manager Armando is amazing ! Had car troubles on my way from Grand Rapids to Saginaw . My car cut off on me, started up the next day then died after trying to drive it for 5 minutes to a better location, and it died right in front of Napa. From my insurance I was quoted at 900$ for a tow back to GR :( ANYWHO I explained everything that was going on with my car . Not only did Armando recognize my power steering was electric , unlike the mechanic my insurance company sent, but he also checked my battery multiple times and then diagnosed the problem ! Along with all this he offered me a same day fix ! He literally found the problem , and fixed it, was friendly , polite and helpful the entire time ! Along with Armando his co worker Jim was also helpful by putting in my battery while Armando tended to customers. They deserve more than 5 starts for their amazing work ! I am so grateful and honestly recommend them to anyone , blessings to you both thank you so much ‼️”

“Anthony Stricker and the loan officer Cynthia were great and worked very hard to get me this vehicle. When I picked after securing financing that process went smoothly. Anthony was with other clients so he handed me the keys, took my picture with the 2016 SUV and said I was all set. I stood there a bit dumbfounded. I had traded in my 2005 Buick LaCrosse, which didn't have all the technology that the 2016 has, and also the move from a car to an SUV. I wish someone offered to go over the basics of all the buttons, like how to turn on the heat, windshield wipers, etc. On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on saying the rear passenger tire was low. The next morning I took it to a Service Center where they filled the low tire and checked all tires, only to discover that it was missing a chrome lug nut on the front passenger tire; I was quite upset that either the vehicle wasn't inspected at all or whomever did it, didn't catch this. I purchased a replacement and it was installed. I wasn't informed that I had a free 3-month trial of SiriusXM Platinum. I discovered this by an email from Sirius. So my experienced is mixed, up to the point of purchase it was great, but the after sale experience was a total fail by my standards.”

They did and the manager gave me three options because it was such an old car. I chose an option and he said he could get it done before they closed at 5:00 and they finished with it at 4:45. I was very thankful because I was out of town and didn't want to come back.”
