Bought a battery there and a year later my battery failed and was told that it wasn’t in the system. This is the Second time something of this sort Has happened there they are not honest they finished telling me my full name and then said I wasn’t in the system. Buyer beware!!! Better save your receipts.’ Because they are liars And extremely dishonest.

I came here to get several items I walked in and Parker and his co worker was laughing and talking. I received NO customer service not even a can I help you. Three people were working at that time one was outside no one else was in the store that I know of. You should be ashamed Parker especially if you hold a managers position. I'm glad my dad taught me some things about cars so I can be independent. Father's teach your daughters about the basic of car maintenance! I do not want an apology I want to be treated like the customer that was before me and the customer that came after me.

Had to come on here and update my rating. I recently had great customer service from a manager by the name of Parker. My father in law purchased a lower balljoint for his truck which was junk out of the box, he replaced it under warranty and that replacement was also junk out of the box. There seemed to be a bit of a miscommunication between my father in law and them because they charged him extra for an upgraded part. Spoke to Parker on the phone about it and he was very helpful in getting us a replacement balljoint for no additional cost. Great customer service and I believe that many other company's would benefit from treating their customers this way. I sincerely did not expect them to help me in this situation because as a mechanic, I am use to dealing with junk parts out of the box and it's not very often that parts stores will be this helpful when that happens.

I love this Autozone location. All the workers are helpful and informative! I stopped in to buy a new bulb for my brake light and Parker not only offered to install it for me but informed me of the other services offered FOR FREE! If you're girl who doesn't know much about cars, this Autozone is the way to go :)
