Again, for the 6th time in a year given the incorrect part- SERPENTINE BELT - even I know a serpentine belt is NOT an itty bitty tiny little belt in size for an 18 Silverado!!!

Wish 0 stars was an option. My husband and 4 year old went inside this location and the person who claimed to be the manager and another worker there were VERY unprofessional. As soon as another customer walked out the door both started going off swearing like crazy about the customer. Then proceeded to talk about what they wished they could do to all customers who they had a problem with in a very violent manner. All of this was being said in front of my child. Grown men, especially ones who work in the public should know how to behave in front of kids and know what is acceptable and not acceptable in the work place.
