I called two different stores with a simple battery number, neither one would take time to look it up telling me to bring it in which is a 35 mile drive.

I am leaving this rating not solely based on the service I received recently, but because of the outstanding service I received from the attendant. When I walked through the door I was greeted with very sincere hello, my order was ready, all my questions were answered very professionally. This store needs more employees like this one. I would never look elsewhere if greeted and treated as I was on my last visit.

Drove to this location from out of town during regular business hours and there was nobody working. Lights off, empty parking lot, locked door. There was a print out of their business hours hanging on the front door, but no one to be found. Why advertise operating hours at all if you’re going to lock up whenever you feel like it.

The person who my son met to pick up my order was rude and abrupt. He swore that there was “nope. That’s it. Only one order”. But I have the confirmations for BOTH orders. I am disabled, and now I am forced to make another trip into town which could have been avoided.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Ordered batteries over a month ago and everything I call they do not remember me even though they wrote my name down and made order for me. They lied. I recommended interstate battery in Bay City. Worth the drive
