Cindy at Bee Safe Storage is absolutely wonderful she is so happy and helpful. I cleaned out a couple storage units she gave me and I had some problems with my health, she gave me extra time to get all the stuff moved. Such a wonderful person and very friendly. Thanks from Dustin, and shady the dog.

Very bad experience renting a storage unit from this company, the name is Bee Safe, which in my case was very unsafe, I had a storage unit out of the 3 I was renting get bulgarized and all of my contents stolen, called the Saginaw County Sheriff to file a report because none of this could've been resolved with speaking with the owner and simply going over video footage you would think, I was told the owner was in Florida and can't be reached and the best the facility could do is refund me some of the fees that I had paid ? what a joke, I lost my passport, birth certificates, social security cards and roughly $5k worth of brand new items. The police had nowhere to start looking for the thief because the surveillance is nonexistent. I would suggest if you use this facility to check on your unit daily

This storage business is a joke, they will charge your card account with any amount they want without notifying you about it. They are crooks and don't keep your things safe.

The cleanest storage unit I have ever seen. I store my car there in the winter months and will go no where else. The best monthly rates. Also secured and monitored with cameras. Recommend them to anyone!

Do not book with Bee Safe Storage in Saginaw. They're great if you want a more hands off approach without too much fuss but anything outside of that is not worth the time and money. The lady Cindy who works in the office is horribly rude and has no customer skills whatsoever. There was an issue with my account and she literally sat on the phone arguing with and yelling at me for 10 minutes over a late fee that shouldn't have been on my acct. Horrible communication and the hours aren't true, they're only open from 12 to 5 if you want to talk with someone face to face. Definitely can find better storage elsewhere for the same price.
