“What a great repair shop. I took my car there after it got rear ended. They worked with my insurance company and the insurance company of the idiot who hit me. His insurance paid for everything. They gave me a free loaner car while mine was in the shop. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. They did a great repair job! I'm very happy with their work and would recommend them to all.”

So on Saturday I brought my son in to see Herb. My son bought a RAV4 and as usual Herb was wonderful. I understand why Herb has so many sales awards. Also Tessa in finance was wonderful too. She answered all questions. They make a great team. My son and I will always buy our cars at Serra from Herb Waits.”

“I have now received my hood . Shipping was very timely , The packaging was the best I have seen and the hood is stunning . I'm in Canada so it shipped some distance with not so much as a scratch . The underside of the hood is finished as nice as the top . I can't say enough nice things about this company but I'm in business and we could all take a page from this companies " how to do it " book .Thank you Dynamic CorvettesI have just ordered a C2 stinger hood and even though I have not received it yet this review is more about there service and attention to detail . “I live in Georgia, but travel to Michigan every couple of months. I typically save my F150 service for my visit to Michigan, and Wilson Ford Lincoln in Saginaw. The Service Advisors are knowledgeable and friendly. They are attentive to the service as it is completed so there are no surprises or questions. They are knowledgeable of my payment options (i.e. service plan, points) so that I get out as cheaply as possible.”

“Phil Hahn who owns Clockwork is an awesome man.He and his two guys did so much work on my truck, it was amazing! And SO affordable!Started with the radiator, then a tune up, then they fixed the tailgate, (it kept coming unhinged) , and reconstructed the bed for stability and to keep me from falling through when I was up in the bed. I was so excited when I got it back, I immediately ran it to fill up the gas tank, only to find out, the tank had a leak and it was coming out fast!Took it straight back to Phil! Within 4 minutes he had multiple cans out there saving my gasoline investment, $80!Within 20 minutes, he had my new gas tank (34 gallon tank) ordered with all the lines, fuel filters etc. This was on a Friday. They were done with my truck by the following Wednesday. That's even with 'the company' initially sending him the wrong gas tank and lines that needed to be reordered.Overall I was/am so impressed.Thank you Phil!”
