“The manager Armando is amazing ! Had car troubles on my way from Grand Rapids to Saginaw . My car cut off on me, started up the next day then died after trying to drive it for 5 minutes to a better location, and it died right in front of Napa. From my insurance I was quoted at 900$ for a tow back to GR :( ANYWHO I explained everything that was going on with my car . Not only did Armando recognize my power steering was electric , unlike the mechanic my insurance company sent, but he also checked my battery multiple times and then diagnosed the problem ! Along with all this he offered me a same day fix ! He literally found the problem , and fixed it, was friendly , polite and helpful the entire time ! Along with Armando his co worker Jim was also helpful by putting in my battery while Armando tended to customers. They deserve more than 5 starts for their amazing work ! I am so grateful and honestly recommend them to anyone , blessings to you both thank you so much ‼️”
“The rear window of my car busted, leaving a giant hole, in December. A larger competitor couldn't get me in for over a week. I was referred to trans auto glass by the car dealership, who uses them. They got me in very fast, and did a great job fixing it. Price was good, slightly less than the larger competitor. They are very friendly. I definitely recommend this business.”

“We had a situation where our grandson decided to go on an 90 mile adventure and ultimately wound up behind the Oreilly auto parts store. Luckily some of the employees and the store manager found him and took him in gave him water and some snacks to eat then called the local police department in Buena Vista. We have him home now safe and sound. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to the staff and manager, Eric Phillips, for their deep compassion, and the care they extended to this young man. Without their help who knows what may have happened. From the bottom of our heart we thank you. What a wonderful and kind gesture Eric and his staff provided for our family. “Phil Hahn who owns Clockwork is an awesome man.He and his two guys did so much work on my truck, it was amazing! And SO affordable!Started with the radiator, then a tune up, then they fixed the tailgate, (it kept coming unhinged) , and reconstructed the bed for stability and to keep me from falling through when I was up in the bed. I was so excited when I got it back, I immediately ran it to fill up the gas tank, only to find out, the tank had a leak and it was coming out fast!Took it straight back to Phil! Within 4 minutes he had multiple cans out there saving my gasoline investment, $80!Within 20 minutes, he had my new gas tank (34 gallon tank) ordered with all the lines, fuel filters etc. This was on a Friday. They were done with my truck by the following Wednesday. That's even with 'the company' initially sending him the wrong gas tank and lines that needed to be reordered.Overall I was/am so impressed.Thank you Phil!”

“Anthony Stricker and the loan officer Cynthia were great and worked very hard to get me this vehicle. When I picked after securing financing that process went smoothly. Anthony was with other clients so he handed me the keys, took my picture with the 2016 SUV and said I was all set. I stood there a bit dumbfounded. I had traded in my 2005 Buick LaCrosse, which didn't have all the technology that the 2016 has, and also the move from a car to an SUV. I wish someone offered to go over the basics of all the buttons, like how to turn on the heat, windshield wipers, etc. On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on saying the rear passenger tire was low. The next morning I took it to a Service Center where they filled the low tire and checked all tires, only to discover that it was missing a chrome lug nut on the front passenger tire; I was quite upset that either the vehicle wasn't inspected at all or whomever did it, didn't catch this. I purchased a replacement and it was installed. I wasn't informed that I had a free 3-month trial of SiriusXM Platinum. I discovered this by an email from Sirius. So my experienced is mixed, up to the point of purchase it was great, but the after sale experience was a total fail by my standards.”
“went to UHaul first to get a hitch installed, said they couldn’t do it after sitting on the appointment for a month. Pro Style got me in within the day and were $100 cheaper than UHaul, great service”
