Stop In there a few times a month. Nice size parking lot for care& Trucks to fill up. The Staff couldn’t definitely be a lil more friendly. (Understand this is Saginaw but at least smile) lol

I quite literally just left the gas station just a few minutes ago. I arrived because I had just left McDonald’s and it was right there. I pulled in because the lights were on. I walked in to just get some gas and head out. The clerk, whose name I didn’t catch, began to go on a strange rant right the moment I walked in and I hadn’t even said anything to him. He goes on to say things like “ma’am were closed. I can only help those two customers who were already in the store before 11:00 and that’s these two gentlemen! I can’t help you, we’re closed. It’s past 11:00. So I’m going to have to ask you to leave!” Mind you, I didn’t receive a “welcome” or a simple “Ma’am we’re currently closed, have a good night”. It was absolutely no issue that they were closed, there’s another gas station right next door. It’s also late at night so it was no issue that they were closed. I thought he ended his strange rant so I turned to walk and he started back up. Because he was going on and on during this rant I had to tell him “you’re good!” MULTIPLE times to convey to him it’s okay I understand you’re closed, it’s no big deal. Like I had to tell him “you’re good!” so he would stop telling me so I could actually walk out the door and go to the other gas station. I’m not sure if he had a bad interaction with the previous customer and was still upset or what but it was so incredibly strange how aggressive he was. The way he approached me should be addressed by management, especially since I wasn’t causing an issue. I’ve worked at restaurants and places like that before and customers come in slightly before or slightly after closing and it’s no issue to just say, “Sorry about that but we’re closed” because mistakes happen by the customer. I didn’t even notice any hours posted because they’re so many ads placed on the walls and windows of the gas station(which is common everywhere so it wasn’t an issue) that I didn’t look for them and just walked on in.

I can't even give this a star. From the moment I walked into the store the female clerk who wasn't wearing a name tag, had an attitude. Then the store was dirty, 4 of the fountain pops were out of syrup, there were no styrofoam cups, and slurpee machine wasn't ready either. The counter top was soo filthy, and when she rang us up she didn't say one word except just put your pin in, because I asked her a question. I just hate the lack of customer service these days.

Place is over price wont ever come back here 1.72 for a white owl white grape while other places sell them 1.05 dam near twice the price employee tell me there 1.19 then comes up 1.72 kinda joke almost left an went across street am got them feel like they took advantage of people

Batting 0% . I try to stop in for a soda when I'm driving thru and of the last 5 times I went in over the last few months, they have either been out of mine and several other sodas, or the machine is completely down. The pumps also never get receipt paper restocked. A lot of the time one set of doors are locked but no signs stating to go around. Just not a great gas station.

Please do not give these people your business. They are so rude. I bought a cinnamon roll that must have gotten chemicals on it because it tasted like glass cleaner. Not a big deal, I asked my friend to go ask if we can get a new one. The manager took her mask off and immediately began screaming at me that I need to throw it away and I cannot get a new one or get my money back because she made them herself. She was EXTREMELY hostile to the point I justwalked out. How is she the manager when she cannot even have a conversation without screaming

The new employees are rude and act like you're an inconvenience to them. They need to get the previous employees back. Our company has taken all of our business elsewhere which is a shame because the company has been going there for over 10 years. We purchase over $200/day in fuel alone. Then add all the drinks and snacks and whatnot purchased as well.... they just lost a lot of $$$$. If you're gonna work in customer service then you need to know how to treat customers

It's a shame that such a prime location should be so poorly run. The employees are taken advantage of, overworked, and often not paid when they are supposed to be. It's sad to meet so many kind, intelligent employees who are so unhappy because of poor upper management.
