Why is the Diaper-changing station that's in the men's room mounted LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT to the open urinals? There is ZERO barrier for privacy! I'm changing my child's diaper, and dirty trucker stands 3 ft to my right with NO privacy barrier and starts urinating. Mind you, my daughter is exposed, on the changing table. I'd be willing to bet the changing station in the women's restroom is in a privacy stall. Who's dumb idea was it to mount a baby's diaper changing station in the wide open view of grown men taking a piss?! I get space might be limited, but it's literally RIGHT NEXT to 5 open urinals where grown men and truckstop travelers urinate.

This is the worst gas station I have ever been to. The manager on duty is horrible and I would never recommend anybody to stop here. Their gas pump over flowed the gas tank and she was NO help at all. Refused to refund of $13. Kept saying we left the gas pump unattended when there were TWO people WATCHING the pump the entire time until it started squirting gas everywhere. Gave us a rag to clean it up and was not insisting any type of help. This woman gave me the worst customer experience ever and I was only getting gas. Will never stop here again. Thank goodness for CHASE bank for helping me with a refund on their end since the employees of this business were trash.

I don't care how this sounds...the Staff is very rude to white people, but if you're black, they treat you well and with a smile on their face. I've seen this for 3years now. I've stopped here for the last time!!!

Worst customer service. Attendants were on personal phone calls while running the registers, swearing and not putting prepays on the pumps. Then refused to help when the pump said waiting for cashier approval.

Absolutely slowest staff possible half the pumps are never working. You would think a gas station right off the expressway would make enough money to at least fix all the pumps and keep them working. At some point it might behoove you to decide if you actually care about your business or it’s just time to sell it
